Great food, service could use some help. Place opens at 10, now I’m not usually a stickler but if you’re a corporate franchise, you have to abide by those hours. We walk in and the manager, I presume, looks like he just got done with a 3 week bender, tells us to hold on they aren’t ready yet at 10:05. Took about 10 minutes for them to come back to us and place our order. Food did and always is amazing, but dont open at ten if you aren’t ready, there’s a reason you get to work early to set up your station.

We have frequented this Arby’s dine in a few times. It’s about time to give a review. We have always found the staff friendly and the food very good. We ordered Beef & Cheddar, Chicken and Regular roast beef. Love the Curley fries. We love that this location is modern and kept clean.

I don’t eat fast food very often but when I do Arby’s is one of my top choices. This location was clean and the service was extremely friendly. I had to wait a few minutes for the chicken sandwich I ordered, but the young man that took my order let me know that he was being made fresh and I didn’t mind at all. If I get another fast food urge while I’m in town I’ll definitely be stopping by again.

We were excited to try the
Gobbler. Ewww. No onion straws. Barely any turkey. No bacon. Fat pockets. We always have great food here but…

They may have the meats, but just like most of the Rogers fast-food establishments, they really let me down. I had the Brisket BBQ sandwich, and it was hardly edible. Even their specialty, roast beef did not taste as good as other Arbys. I need to learn…avoid Rogers fast-food.

Now the Burger….I’ll let the picture do the talking.

Go here often as it’s close to my place and convenient for us. Good food, always fresh….however we almost always are missing something. Id say 75% of the time there is something missing. Frustrating. We called the last time and they said we could just tell them next time we come and they will give us a free meal. I asked if they need our names or anything and they said no, it happens all the time so they will believe us. I appreciate them doing that, and if it works out I will change my rating.

Walked in with no one else in line to order. Keaton was standing at the register, made eye contact multiple times and did not say a word. I was under the assumption that he was new and needed help so I waited.. and waited.. and waited. Finally asked if he was the one that was helping us. He responded with.. yes. Not one to complain, but come on. Basic communication is too much to ask for nowadays? You wonder why people are being replaced with screens. The rest of the staff was friendly.

Used to avoid because they always seemed to mess up my order (like 80% of the time). Today was the first time in like 3 years going because I figured they couldn’t mess up their 4 for $10 roast beef. Ordered 8, received 7… see you never I guess. Guy working drive thru was nice though.

I went for lunch the other day. The store had people in it, but wasn’t super busy. The cashiers greeted me when I came in, but I wasn’t ready to order (waiting on my dad to park and come inside), so they just told me to let them know.

Once we were ready to place our order, the cashier helped us quickly and politely let me know that my side item (fried Mac n cheese bites) was going to be delayed because they were making a fresh batch.

After placing our order, we only had to wait maybe for a minute before the main parts of our meal were out, and the cashier said that she would bring the side when it was ready. The food was hot and fresh, and the shake was cool and refreshing. It was really good and made me wish that I had ordered more; not that the portion sizes were too small, but rather because it was really good and I have a tendency to overeat when something tastes good.
