Had my dinner after doing birding in Purgatory Creek. Love the sandwich, cheese and the sauces, as well as the shake. However, the cashier messed up my to go order as I’m trying to get the solo smokehouse brisket but the cashier gave me the roastbeef promo of 5 classic roastbeef for 10usd. This was last Aug 21 7pm.

I think it may have killed the drive through employee to smile or show any type of positive emotion when interacting with me. The food was pretty much the same as his service – lukewarm and dry. It works if you just got into town and need a late meal but not up to par with other Arby’s. Go to Wendy’s or Mc Donald’s for late night – avoid this Arby’s

The food is good. And thier are choices in sandwiches. And I think they have curley fries and regular fries. But also potato patties. They also have shakes sodas are avaible in different kinds like sprite and coke and bargs rootbeer and punch. Maybe lemon aid. And then they have to dessert pastries. They have a certain name for it they have apple and one other kind of dessert filling in the turn over. But I am not sure what it is. And I think they have chicken and cheese curds sticks. There prices arent bad. The meals can cost around $10.00 to $20.00 dollars. Depending how much food you buy for meals. And for a family maybe between $30.00 or $40.00 dollars. Its a change. Then having McDonald’s all the time. It just depends how much food your ordering. The employees are nice in taking orders in eden Prairie. MN. And the have plenty of tables for customers to sit at with chairs and seats to sit at tables. The resturant is kept very clean. And they have a men’s and woman’s restroom. And they are cleaned also. Unless some customer makes a big mess in a restroom. And they have plenty of parking around Arby’s. And the parking is free. And it’s around other bussiness in the community in eden Prairie. We go there sometimes to eat. But you pay for what you order. The cost is reasonable. And the food is good. Its just nice to get something different to eat. Its not a bad place to eat. And it’s a change from eating culvers all the time. When you havevto much of onefoods in the fast food restaurants. Its good to have something different. We do enjoy eating there once in a while. Been into this location a few times. I believe my order has always been correct which is a huge plus. Service is usually pretty quick. Typically I go through the drive thru at this location and I’m not sure what their intentions are with the miniature second lane but I’m pretty sure a smart car would have difficulty getting in and out of it, not practical at all. There is a weird round about at the end of the drive thru as well which is unnecessary and parking and drive thru should be re-designed. Not a common sauce offered but if you haven’t tried the bronco berry sauce I do recommend it, its a slightly spicy berry sauce. I personally wouldn’t consider it spicy but it does have a tiny kick to it. Curly fries all the way, sliders and don’t forget the roast beef.

You know what to expect from Arby’s – thinly shaved roast beef and their classic sauce. This location offers a nice clean, bright space. While I was there the staff did a great job attending to all requests and cleaning off the tables quickly.

Literally had a terrible experience I go through the drive-thru I’m sitting there waiting and some lady comes out and pretty much starts yelling at me telling me did you move the cones did you move the cones it is 32° out I’m 30 years old I’m not getting out of my car when it’s cold the move some cones to get back in to go through the drive-thru why would I do that and we asked for an order not even close to being right you go to these places at you know you get burgers and french fries and stuff and they don’t even give you ketchup in the bag like who eats fries or a burger without ketchup that should be an automatic thing they put in the bag

Worst Arby’s yet to encounter. Black guy was super rude and disrespectful!! Treated me like a pig. Tossed the bag with food, didnt give enough sauces for the order even though jalapeño bites come with the berry sauce. Never coming here again! Absolute trash service!!!

Just walked out with a $15 “value” map. A Reuben meal with jalapeño poppers and a large drink with “light” ice.
My $3.29 drink had about five or six sips of liquid in it, the four pack of jalapeño poppers had three, I’m pretty sure they charged me for the fries I substituted, even though I didn’t get them. I would check, but they didn’t give me a receipt either.
I will see the sandwich was OK, and why they still got two stars.
I’ve noticed a couple of locations have potato cakes again, but they don’t. They don’t appear to have a happy hour either.

Not happy went to go get food as they are one of the few places open later. No one answered the headset the window and online state open till 11pm. If you are not going to be open even if its due to being short at least leave a note so customers know why you are closed. Especially if its not in normal business hours.

Just ordered 5 roast beef sandwiches for delivery and I got them without a single sauce in the bag. Im pretty sure I selected Arby’s sauce, but I might have been mistaken. Either way 5 sandwiches with no sauce is crazy considering these sandwich are 6 bucks. Congrats on the money you saved by doing that cuz I won’t be coming back here for a long time.
