Came here today, thursday, June 5th, 2025 , at 4:55 p.m. we did a mobile order, and when we stepped in the door, the gentleman at the cashier, said oh I’ll get it made for you, and he ordered it in the back. And I said oh no no, we’re super early, he’s like no or mobile order system isn’t working that great. So he viewed my husband’s order on his phone, and have the pork shredded sandwich made up without pickles, and then the other sandwich that my husband had, without pickles as well, and a free chocolate shake(birthday freebie) . This was amazing customer service! The restaurant floor is clean, 99% of the tables are clean! And this is a great deal! Enjoy all my photos!

Just not quality good, even for fast food quality. Tried the steak bites – just do yourself a favor and pass. For the price, they have to be better. They were dry, overdone, and lacked flavor. Not worth the cost.

Went here for first time in a year and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal.
I get the sandwich and the chicken is very stringy and stretches when you eat it . Took one bit through it away . Not sure if Arby’s sells real chicke anymore. It was disgusting.

Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. First they got order wrong, then they gave me the most rancid, old, gross tasting fries and potato cakes ever. And not the first time. Thought I would give them another chance, but as I figured a waste of money. Never again!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Honestly don’t go here. I keep telling myself I’ll give it another try. After spending almost $13 for three nuggets that were supposed to be strips, cold hard fries and no sauce that I asked for, we should’ve went to Culver’s like we wanted to. Also, their form of review management is copy and pasting the exact same response the every negative review. They really do not care lol
