Coffee was not hot it was warm all I got was a “oh I’m sorry.”. Should have gotten I’ll make another fresh pot ,
Sandwich was smashed and flattend , bag of food delivered to car was not folded over keeping my food hot french fries were hard and not fresh .

Literally why does it take SO LONG to get my food in the drive through. I swear it always takes forever to get my food. There is only one car ahead of us and we’ve been in the drive through for over 10 mins.

Disappointed. Hubby and I ordered 2 classics and an order of potato cakes. The potato cakes were awesome!!! The classics were poorly put together, soggy bread and barely any meat. $16 for this? Eat at home ..

There was a younger gentleman, very tall. I watched him for a good 10 minutes- taking orders in front and drive thru, plus expedite customers orders and did it all with a smile. He did an AMAZING JOB at his job! Very friendly, professional, fast, accurate! We don’t eat here often but this employee makes me want to. You could tell he took pride on his service!

I rarely leave reviews, but this visit to Arby’s was disappointing enough that I feel like people should know. I will say, I’ve never had bad food at this Arbys. I’ve always been please with the quality that I receive. Unfortunately, the customer service this time around was not good. Anna working the order speaker and window was incredibly unpleasant. No greeting, no eye contact, and when I asked a simple question about my order, she responded with clear irritation, like I was bothering her just by being there. Her tone was rude, and she handed me my drinks without saying a single word, and a clear attitude.
I understand everyone has off days, but there’s no excuse for treating customers like an inconvenience.
Good food can only go so far when the experience is that uncomfortable. If management sees this, I hope they address it because I’m not the only one that has had a bad experience with this employee. No one should feel unwelcome for simply picking up dinner.

We’ve been coming here for years and the food is usually good, but lady at the drivethrough has a bad attitude and is incredibly unpleasant and rude. If you ask any questions you are met with a “sigh” and an irritated response. Followed by her saying yuuup yuup yuup after every item you order. 9/12/25 1:00pm

This order was on line pick-up, but I’ve been in the restaurant many times. It’s clean and quiet. I’ve never had a bad experience with their food – it’s always delicious! The food is always ready when promised for on line orders. I highly recommend
