10/24 11:45AM Walked in to a clean facility and was greeted promptly by a friendly energetic staff. Ordered the Chicken Bacon and Swiss (2 strips of bacon under the cheese in the pic) meal with Curly fries and fountain drink. Food was made fresh to order, nothing better than hot fresh curly fries. I added Arby’s Spicy ️ 3 Pepper Sauce to the sandwich for added heat. Great to see energetic employees making me a delicious meal. I rang their Reward Bell ️ on the way out for a great job!

We go as a family every week or two when they have bogo sandwiches on the app. This location is always consistent and everything comes out exactly how it was ordered. Staff is very friendly and now often recognizes us by our order.

I was there on 8/19/25. I had a pick up order. I have eaten here many times before with no problems. When I got home. I was missing the marinara sauce, my 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich was in shred of beef not sliced and dry. Barely edible. I set 2 inquiries on website with no responses.

We went through the drive through and the service was great, but the roast beef tasted old. Had an aftertaste that I couldn’t stomach. The buns were not fresh either, they tasted like they were heated in microwave to attempt to hide the fact that they were stale. I don’t understand how a restaurant can knowingly serve food that tastes this way. We were very disappointed and won’t be returning.

I moved to the area 5 years ago. Everytime I go to this location no matter the time or day of the week it is absolutely terrible. This time it was over the top , no ham for your ham and cheese promotion as substitute on beef and cheddar or fish . Not beef alone . Even if requested. Okay okay set that all aisde. At the window the food is thrown out quite fast , as i did grab everything promptly i requested a few napkins for the dinner as my toddler and i are going to the park to enjoy . The shift manager at 5pm on a tuesday night tells me absolutely not and no expectations with my surprised scoff and verbal really she tells out the window to be nice.
I have spent 10years working in fast food specifically. I will never be eating Arbys again nor will i ever recommend or think about this location

Very unorganized and not well trained employees. Waited over 5 minutes to get waited on at the counter. Then waited over 10 minutes for my order to be ready. When I finally received it, which was a corned beef reuben sandwich meal. The bread was hardly toasted.The beef and sauerkraut cold, no cheese and very little dressing on it. Pretty much got a raw sandwich! I took it home to cook it in my airfryer, cause I didn’t want to deal with them having to make me another one. Will not be back.

This store had razor blade in the food I purchased, when I took it back to them with the uneaten food, I was told get cash if paid that way or if paid with card it would go back to the card. What I wasn’t told was it would take up to 30 days to get refunded back on bank card. I had to call them the next day to be told this craziness. 30 day of waiting to get money back because someone in this establishment made a hugh error. Imagine if it was a child eating this and what could have happened, and the manager Brian is a total JERK and insensitive about the who thing.. so is shift leader “I call him” Tyler. Both need to be FIRED…The state Health Department need to go to this location

My DoorDash order arrived missing a sandwich, part of the fries, and napkins. The food was poorly packed and disheveled.
When I called the store to see if I could pick up the missing sandwich, the employee was angry, asked why I was calling, and hung up on me.
This behavior is completely unacceptable—unprofessional, rude, and indicative of low standards at this location. DoorDash refunded the sandwich, but that doesn’t address the rude service or failed order. I’m requesting a formal apology and response from Arby’s corporate—and a guarantee this will be addressed at this store. My the other reviews I see that whoever owns and manages this store is representing this brand horribly.
