Super nice location! Staff seemed somewhat friendly, but took a while to make our food. The price was great for what we ordered and we were very pleased with the inside and how big this place is, which you would never guess from using the drive-through or seeing it from outside I recommend stopping in if you haven’t and trying out the food. It’s not bad and we were satisfied with our visit. Our food was made fresh.

The Steak Tips, were more like Pot Roast tips. What happened to the Curly fries, more like half Curly fries bits. Only had a couple real looking Curly fries the reat were bits. Arby’s needs to better. I’m just sticking with the original Roast beef sandwich can’t go wrong.

Stopped at this location for dinner the other night and received a moldy sandwich. Reached out to the restaurant and the manager on duty offered to remake the food. Won’t do any good if I lost my appetite!
I gave the restaurant a couple days to reach out after using the feedback system on their receipt and haven’t heard anything else.
EIDT: The comment form that they linked in the response (4 days after the initial issue,) is the same one that I used to give the feedback initially. I think something like this should illicit something better than another automated response.
EDIT 2: Finally got the initial apology in the mail (letter dated Aug 16, postmarked Aug 20th.) It took 9 days from the initial issue/filling out the form to write the letter, and 13 to get it postmarked. I won’t fault Arby’s for USPS taking their time, but am still appalled at how long it took for so little response.

Not that I should be eating fast food in any way shape or form ever since I turned diabetic. However, Arby’s is one of the few places that I’m actually able to get fast food and not have it go overboard on my sugars for the day.
This one in particular has a pretty good crew and I’ve never had an issue with them or the food.

Ordered the King’s Hawaiian Fish Sandwich meal with Jalapeño Poppers online. I wanted ice tea, but they didn’t have it available. I decided to get Lite Minute Maid Lemonade, but then they said they were out but no out of order sticker on the fountain. I don’t drink soda any longer and didn’t want anything too sugary. The team member gave me fresh lemonade, which was OK. I had to wait for the meal since the Jalapeño Poppers and Crinkle Fries were ready.
I get to my table to eat, and the fries were not fresh but cold, the fish portion was not even warm and probably past holding time. The cheese couldn’t even melt on the fish. This was not what I expected for my lunch today. Guess I should have traveled to my preferred Arby’s in Rosemount where they know me and always make sure my food is fresh and hot.

Was asked to pull up to the second window so they could make fresh fries. Waited there for around 20 minutes, which was almost my entire lunch break, as every car that pulled up to the first window was served immediately. Unfortunately the fries I was waiting on were not fresh, so I’m unsure what the actual delay was.

Arby’s is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is terrific. I love the jalapeño poppers almost as much as I love my wife. The beef and cheddars are also delightful and delicious. Most of the roast beef, cheese, and signature sauce somehow never make it between the buns, but it’s still tasty as can be. If they keep practicing and one day actually achieve getting the sandwich ingredients inside of the sandwich where they belong, then this will be a five star establishment. Pro tip: even though you should be asking to join their payroll because you’ll end up making your own dinner when you eat here, be sure to always ask for a fork. And remember, the wonderful Arby’s taste is worth it every time, even if it is just separate ingredients smeared all over a tinfoil wrapper.

UM EWWWW! you need to be absolutely insane to think that I would ever put something this disgusting near my mouth! I was so excited to enjoy a meal after my super hard week at school, and I am presented a roast beef sandwich that is a literally old, stinky, and just looks GROSS. 0 starts for this place
