We were the only customers there. A couple came in after us and we both stood there. No one came to help. Kid looked at us and did not acknowledge us other couple left and kid looked at us again and we left. The kid said they are leaving. Will not be back. Thank goodness Culver’s was across there with great customer service.

Can get busy at peak hours, but still gets the order out reasonably quick. The other local fast food joints have really taken a dive, so I decided to give Arby’s another go. Honestly, not a big curly fries fan. Never have been. However, they nail it on the sandwiches! The classic roast beef is the bomb, but it’s the other offerings that really shine! The fish, when available, is the best in town. Turkey is great! Reuben is amazing! Most recently had the 5 Meat Mega Stack. I thought I was hungry. I thought it would be no big deal. I was wrong. It tasted so good, and I came terribly close to a meat coma! Oh, also, that Arby’s sauce mixed with some horsey…

No I don’t usually like hair in my food. Was enjoying my dinner munching on some fries and I could tell something was in it. I proceeded to pull this 6inch black hair out of my mouth. I already ate my sandwich, so it really grossed me out thinking what else wasn’t sanitary.

I didn’t have an issue with service at all.. it was hard to hear though as radio was very loud. Even the employee at register couldn’t hear me well. Also all the beeping in back was a little distracting. The dining area was better then most places except a few tables needed a wipe down and floor needed a sweep …..not one employee was in dining area doing a sweep of area! I had to turn down my aids because it was ridiculously loud. The radio needs to be turned down a few notches. I like loud music but in a restaurant it’s not feasible unless it’s a bar.

The food took a very long time, witch I didn’t mind at first. Then they only put like 70% fries in my large fry. Then the drinks were heavily diluted. Then my mothers burger was undercooked. This is Unbelievable.

Burger was absolutely inedible and I’m not even exaggerating. Worst burger I’ve ever had by far. The lady refunded my meal and gave me the option of more food for free

I’d leave a zero if I could. I’ll chock it up to a worker shortage since it looked like there were only two people behind the counter on a Saturday afternoon. No acknowledgement from staff for the five minutes we were waiting inside. People in the drive-thru got their food faster so we left and pulled in through the drive-thru only to be met with a classic “We’re sorry, one moment”.
