We don’t go to Arby’s like ever! But I was craving a French dip! So we went last night. The food was awesome and she WHOLE order was correct! I ordered the Jamocha not sure if I spelt that right. I wanted some vanilla in it and they were more than happy to add some vanilla once cream for me. The lady that took our order was super kind and had a great personality. I didn’t catch her name but she had a lip ring. We will definitely be going back!

Went thru the drive thru around 11:30, we were quite literally the only customers at this Arby’s. We ordered only two meals, very simple order and we were asked to pull ahead for our food. We ordered a roast beef and cheddar meal and a French dip meal. After waiting about five minutes our food was handed to us. We didn’t think to check the bag as once again, the place was empty and our order was very simple. Once we got home, surprise, no French dip. Immediately called the restaurant and they said they would be sending coupons to make up for it and we could expect it within 2 weeks. Fast forward to today, 4 weeks later and nothing. Terrible service and follow up. Going forward we won’t be going back. Plenty of other options to bring our service to.

Everyone that works at this Arby’s is inept. Got every part of my order wrong after sitting there for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not even worth going into to get the right items, what a waste of time and energy

Waited so long at the front and no one was coming for almost 10 min so I CALLED the store just to get someone to come up front. The GM sarah answered the phone and then wheeled out from a chair around the corner. She was sitting there the whole time and never looked around the corner at the front counter. Very disappointed in the service. All the screens said no order. No one in the drive thru. 2 girls already eating in the dining room and that was it.

Terrible service and won’t be going back. I tried ordering from the app and it wasn’t working. I tried for 30 minutes and it still didn’t work. I went in to get help and they refused to help me. I left and went to the location on Wisconsin Ave and they helped immediately. The manager there was friendly and helpful unlike the restaurant by Meijer.

25 MINUTES waiting for our order, when we only had 1 person in front of us. While we were sitting in the drive thru waiting on “fresh fries”, they brought the food out to 4 other cars behind us. Apparently if you order anything with chicken you can expect a 25+ min wait.
