We stopped in pretty late so we had the place to ourselves. The gentleman at the counter answered questions about the new menu items with easy. He had an easy going kind manner.
The wait for our food was very short. Our order was accurate and delicious: two Gyros with different meats and extra sauce and two Arby Qs, and some drinks. Great dinner.

We went through the drive thru later at night, maybe 9pm or so. Knowing it wasn’t a busy time we asked if we could get fresh/hot fries. The gentlemen working was so nice about it and not only got us fresh fries but all of our order was fresh. It was by far the best arbys meal we have ever had and it was really appreciated that the team went above and beyond and was very pleasant about it. I wish I knew his name but we really did appreciate it!

The staff was very friendly and sociable….when we entered the store a customer was complaining about a partially filled box of french fries….she was a regular and never received less than a full box ….she was told it was because she ordered no salt….I was going to order fries but chose cheese sticks because if that ..I had my usual…French Dip Combo which was delicious. My husband chose the Crispy Bacon Swiss combo…the room is chilly and might be the reason why his sandwich and fries were not hot…nice decor

The 2 ladies both smiled and greeted me when I came in. They were very energetic, something you don’t see hardly at all anymore. I stop here often, always good, hot food. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely 10/10 everytime we come through the drive thru the people are so nice, food is also HOT and fresh. Best fast food restaurant hands down in Ashland. I think the managers name is Reno? Super friendly guy!

My sandwich was hot but my daughter’s boyfriend’s was cold. The curly fries were all on the cold side.
The cashier was chipper and gave his suggestions and the wait time was reasonable.

It was 5 minutes before closing on July 2 and they still were happily taking orders as I pulled up in line. They cooked everything fresh and it was delicious. I like the new expanded menu and I am so glad they brought potato cakes back they need to keep them for 5 stars!

Not amused. Got a number 15, maybe had one piece of bacon on it, bread was hard, tomatoes looked like crap. My shake was half full and so were my fries. As someone who splurge once a month on fast food, so disappointed.
