The guy that helped me in the drive thru was an absolute jerk. I ordered food and had drinks also and he handed me a drink carrier and I give me a second I dont need the carrier he was very rude and said really and when I handed him the carrier back he aggressively grabbed the carrier from me and threw it on the counter. I said thank you have a nice day he shut the window in my face. Not very impressed I love the restaurant but this puts a very sour taste in my mouth on wanting to return in the future.

I ordered the big cheesy bacon burger meal and it is supposed to come deluxe. Opened the wrapper to find a burger patty, cheese and bacon only. No vegetables. My husband went back to have it remade and the second burger had vegetables but, NO BACON and was very undercooked. No change was given back when my husband had gone back and ordered a shake for me after being so upset about the burger fiasco. We will not be eating at the Clairemont location again. Hastings is always great though. I guess we’ll be going a little farther for better service and food.

I stop here frequently for a hot sandwich and a drink. The service is always really good and friendly. I haven’t been in the place, just the drive-thru, so I cannot speak to the atmosphere but it’s a fast food restaurant, not much atmosphere in any of them but we aren’t talking about fine dining. I recommend stopping by if you are hungry cause they have the meats!

My wife got the burger and it was undercooked. Staff tried to convince me that their burgers just look pink after cooked like I’ve never made burgers or ordered them before. My wife refuses to eat Arby’s now and I can’t say I blame her.
Update: As you can see Arby’s corporate reached out to ask for details about the visit. Short and sweet of it is they sent a coupon for a free sandwich. Seriously guys I didn’t want a sandwich and told you we wouldn’t be back. Fix the problem, stop treating your customers like children.

Very friendly staff was the first thing I noticed. Was a great pleasure to see and hear AAA+++. The food we had was very fast and tasty. I was very impressed with the young man cleaning the facilities. Nice young man with manners and awesome work ethic. I am truly going to go this Arby’s just because of the great staff. Thank you
