We ordered on the app. When we arrived to the store, they said they didn’t have our order. We confirmed a bunch of times that we had the right location, and that it was under the correct name. They said there wasn’t anything they could do because they “would lose money”. We asked what about us losing our money ($42)? And they just shrugged. They weren’t apologetic, or even nice.
Days later the transaction was processed, so we called the store for a refund, since we never got the food. The regional manager said she was processing the refund that day, but its been 2 weeks and we still haven’t gotten the refund. We have called a few times since then and one guy told us he was the regional manager and that Jessica didnt exist, then after arguing for a bit he said he would leave her a message. The next guy we talked to (store manager i think?) was helpful, & nice, but couldn’t give us a refund. We called the number he gave us but at this point I’m just filing a dispute.

Thank you for still valuing the customers!

From the moment I stepped into the foyer, I was struck by the contrast between many of the restaurants and this Arby’s. The place was clean, the decor was pleasant and felt modern, and there was an aura of an establishment that still had a flow of customers. Maybe that’s because the staff is pleasant, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is served fresh and hot. Evidence that they still value the customers’ opinion is in their bell. Ring the bell if you were delighted by the food, the service, or the atmosphere. This is one of those places I will come back to again and again.

We did Drive through thinking it would save us time and be quicker than going in and ordering to go. We pulled up to drive through at 3:25 We didn’t get our food until 3:43 there was 2 cars ahead of us that were sitting there when we pulled around after ordering. There were cars behind us lining up waiting to ordering just pulled off and pulled away because it was taking so long. When we pulled up to the window my asked the worker if they were short-handed and why they were so slow and the said no, we’re not short-handed.! And I said oh so your just this slow all the time? They closed the window as we waited for the rest of our order. Never apologized for the long wait, inconvenience or anything. We probably won’t do drive through any more at that location. Very disappointed for the long wait. To slow of service!!

I have a love hate relationship with this Arby’s. I keep going back even after being disappointed on many occasions. My children love their fries and salted carmel cookies. I usually use the drive thru and sneak into this place after shopping at Woodman’s. If I order anything unusual like add cheddar to a roast beef sandwich or no lettuce or tomatoes on a sandwich about three fourths the time the order will be screwed up. On occasion I’ve complained and management makes it right and offers a free meal or sandwiches. I like their curly fries and roast beef sandwiches and miss some of their old sandwiches. Their portion sizes, drink sizes and their prices are ridiculous. We keep going back and enjoy it when it is all prepared correctly. Every time I go here, I smirk and think to myself, I wonder if it will made correctly today. At times, the wait in the drive thru can get lengthy.

I have had good service at a local Arby’s in the past, but on the evening of Sep 29, when I visited the Arby’s on N Kinney Coulee Road in Onalaska, 2 individuals appropriately went “above & beyond” in my opinion!

Though no one was at the counter for several minutes, Devin K made up for the wait with a pleasant demeanor & willingness to accommodate a special request. I had another hour to reach home & asked that the 2 extra sandwiches ordered be unassembled to prevent soggy buns.

Not only did both he and Jean [in the kitchen] see to my order politely, but he also double bagged those two sandwiches to help keep them warm.

OK, I rarely leave bad reviews. This is an exception however. A 15 minute wait for food and then having to ask for what should come with it (in this case marinara for mozzarella sticks and au jus for a French dip) was bad enough but the folks behind the counter didn’t seem to much care. Additionally the was not a clean table in the dining room. Very dissapointing.

I waited 15 minutes for my food box of ly to get in a cab and had to take to work to eat because employees were arguing and throwing kitchen items around in back .. my sandwich was raw and mozzarella sticks cold also curly fries .. it was a 6 minute ride .. I wish I could attach my picture!!

Went through the drive through and sat there for a while behind a truck. Figured he was ordering 1/2 the menu. He finally pulled forward so i pulled forward and waited for someone. I had cars behind me and after a minute or 2, I asked if anyone was there to take my order. I chuckled feeling like a pain in the butt, but after no response I asked a few more times. I thought maybe their speaker was broken so I pulled up to the window and waited for someone. Numerous employees looked at me, tried waving them to come to the window, but they all kept walking past. Ended up getting tired of waiting so we left. I try being patient but they weren’t busy, and it would’ve at least been nice to know they were getting to me by coming to the window instead of just ignoring us. If I ever come here again and have a better experience, I will update my review.
