Ordered were wrong and ask to speak to the manager, he refused to talk to us . Drink was charged twice for it. Bad experience at this restaurant and it was my first at an Arby’s restaurant too. I’m not looking forward to any more Arby’s for awhile. This is probably the only store but makes me loose my confidence in them.

At 3:15 on 6/29/23, I asked the manager to help me with a problem with their app. Was told if he helped everyone, he’d be ignoring his customers. Odd, since I was the only customer there. Great food, not so great management

Fast food from over worked and under paid people. Food was what you expect from Arby’s, good if haphazardly made, meat and toppings partially off the bun. The orange shake was delicious.

Went in to get lunch on 7/22/2023 around 2:30. Waited to order for 5 minutes, as the kid working was just standing by the fryers. Nobody else in the establishment and couldn’t even get my order taken. Walked out and will not be back.
