Waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes. Nobody greeted me. Was there before close, and yet no service. Pulls around and nobody could be seen but lights on. I guess I know where not to go from now on.

Roast beef in a roaster for catering was perfect for what our office needed. Can buy roast beef per the pound and buns in 30ct packs. It’s well received by all and without the buns meets gluten free needs! Not a big fan of paying extra for the condiments in cups verses just getting handfuls of packets, but that’s the way they have it priced.

The staff was very nice and hard working. I arrived right after they opened, and everything was ready.
Best part was that they opened at 10 am and were serving the regular menu. I don’t like being told I can’t have a burger until 11

My review of this place was once negative, one employee gave me just the worst experience. Ever since then, every time I have returned, I have not had an issue.
I went through the drive thru today and noticed abnormally long wait times, I was patient because I understand that staffing can sometimes make things slower. I was still in and out within 10 minutes. I asked the person at the window, Josh, how many people they had back there, and he said two. A two man crew on a busy Saturday night; I would have walked out if I were him, but he was there serving my food with a smile.

Waited I drive through for a couple minutes. Told, “it would be a moment.” Waited Another ten minutes, and no one ever responded. Went inside to order. There were four people working. I worked at this location 24 years ago as a teenager. We usually had two to three of us on staff in the evening and made orders much faster with a lot more customers ordering. The inside of this place has really gone down the tubes over the years. Absolutely not sanitary looking. Eat at one of the other locations. Don’t come here.

Service was slow. The fries were cold. had to wait for fresh ones. Ketchup dispenser was not working. When I went to the counter I was ignored. The girl behind the counter walked back and forth from the fry station to the back of store. Finally the cook said something to her. Also I think they washed the floor with soda it was very sticky and our shoes stuck to it. Used to be a great place to eat.
