It was my first time at a restaurant since my friend gave me a $10 card and I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a Big Cheesy BCN Meal with Curly’s Fry and they gave me my entire order wrong and they weren’t friendly at all. I honestly don’t recommend it.

We just come here for the curly fries. Just do it once a month or so. I think they’ve only served us less than fresh curly fries one time. So, not the kind of place that disappoints.

Asked for bronco berry sauce with my sandwich and fries. Didn’t get it and the girl working the drive up window had the personality of a wet sweat sock. I will not be back to west Mason store and way to much salt on the fries.

This is my favorite arbys, everything is always delicious. But please stop cutting the chicken wraps. No other Arbys from here to Denver that ive been to (and its a lot) cut the chicken wraps. If youre going to cut them in half you need to wrap them better because no one wants to deal with that mess. If you insist on cutting them in half, serve it with a fork because its just a salad in a wrapper at that point.

Manager was cold and wouldn’t respond. The sliced beef on sandwiches were shaped in round clumps of meat that just fell off the bun when we picked it up. The buns were stake and fell apart. And a little while after we ate here, we both had to visit the toilet several times. We have always had great experiences at other locations, but we will avoid this one.

Great location. Nice new store. Staff was friendly when I picked up our pre order. Made it super fast and convenient. Love me some roast beast! They sure do have the meats. Yummy yummy yummy in my tummy. Don’t forget the horsey sauce!

I always get the original chicken sandwich but i was extremely disappointed when i took the bun off to see green tomatoes. The tomatoes are my favorite part and i had to remove them which was upsetting because it didn’t taste the same. Service was good but I wish they wouldn’t serve green tomatoes

Ordered 2 arby q sandwiches. Opened the sandwich wrapper and they had enough bbq sauce on them for about 8. Just a sloppy mess and not much roast beef. Not impressed

I love Arby’s but this was sad. Chicken sandwich was very thin and small (less than a Hot-in-now) sandwich? That’s not the only bad thing. The pita bread for the gyro was so dry, like carpet. Wow, I hope this was a one off.

Night shift employees are hard of hearing went back twice for them to still get a simple ham and Swiss melt and both times you give me some damn market turkey sandwich horrible service recomend going to a different branch location if any just bad service
