Took forever to get through the drive through when it wasn’t busy. I get the first bite of my sandwich and find a strand of hair. Brought the sandwich back in and told the cashier what happened. Looks behind her at the 4 boys working the food area and replies saying they don’t have much hair. Now, I’m glad she was nice enough to remake the sandwich herself at no charge. However it shouldn’t matter if someone has short hair or long hair, that’s not what you say to someone who is dissatisfied with their food. But this was a reminder to me why I don’t eat at Arby’s.

Steak nuggets should be taken off menu. They are nothing but dried up pot roast. Not juicy or tender but chewy. Tried the bowl it was.luke warm. The Italian club was a better sandwich. My ARBY’S usually delieves excellent food and service. Staff is always pleasant and friendly. Service is great

Our roast beef was overcooked. Person taking our order got upset because we complained about the burnt meat. Had to speak to a manager. We got a refund.

Slow and incompetent service. Sat for 20 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order, just for them just to spill a drink into my car & then do nothing about it while they watched me clean it up. Then they gave me the wrong order and asked me for money even though I paid on the app already. Get home and open the mobile order bag that has 6 stickers taping it shut, and my curly fries I upgraded to large are missing! I tried to call the restaurant, but nobody picked up, so I’m leaving this review.

Got there pretty late last night (4/11), and the manager served us. She was super polite and accommodating. Our dog got a pup cup, baby got a compliment, and we were satisfied with our food. Thank you, Chrystal, for helping is after a long day.
