This specific Arby’s is actually a great little location. Clean, friendly female employees at the counter. And, of course, the food is always good with the roast beef. (FYI-Their shakes and lemonades are good too.) Will be back.

So last night 3/6/25 i was at this specific location about 620ish and was wondering why it was taking so long for me to even get to order. I really wanted this so I decided to just go in, maybe it would be easier. When I walked in all I seen was a teen girl and yound man in complete chaos. They were so behind yelling for help and that help was no where to be found until and employee off the clock stepped in and helped them. Which I hope she gets recognition for. No reason she had to stop eating to help if there was in deed a manager there. Where was the manager on shift? Why weren’t they helping? Why are we setting kids up to fail? This is completely unacceptable and I wouldn’t doubt for one second if those 2 re thought their jobs when they went home. I absolutely love this location but what I seen last night was completely wrong and made me mad for them.
