I am very impressed with this place most of the time I eat here. The team members are usually very friendly and helpful, and the food is very good, and worth the price. I would suggest reading the orders back to each guest after cashing them out and in the kitchen, as one visit I ordered a classic beef and cheddar meal, and the cheddar was forgotten. No big deal, but just sharing as a FYI. Other than that, this place is a very good place to go eat.

They changed the shake sizes. The medium is now the large but you guessed it the price didn’t change. I will NEVER stop at this Arby’s ever again. It was the only thing I liked.

The workers were friendly, but I just had the worst sandwich from a restaurant ever!! My husband and I both got the ribeye sandwich and it wasn’t even edible. The meat was rubbery. I couldn’t even eat mine. I’m not a person to complain,but it was that bad.

Food and service was good, but the dining area could have been cleaner. Some tables may have been bussed, but there was old food on the floor and spills around the soda machine that needed attention. I realize that everyone is short staffed right now, so we bussed our table when we left, but we could not disinfect or stop to pick up scraps off the floor. The sandwich was very good, the fries and cheese sticks were excellent and the folks behind the counter were friendly and efficient. We will probably be back although we live 40 miles away.

We had no idea how the drive thru worked and they ran our food out to us as we were lost in the parking lot. The employees were fantastic, the food was crispy and fresh, and I can’t wait to go back!

Every time I come here there is a massive wait for the drive through but today I waited in the drive through for almost half an hour before getting to the window. Got to the window and got my drink and got asked to go to the drive through reserved spot. Another 5 minutes and 3 cars through I get my order. I notice I’m missing something from my bag. I went inside to tell them that I was missing something and they told me they thought I didn’t want it so they took it off my order and if I wanted it that I’d have to order it again.
