Very disappointed with our experience at this Arby’s, especially considering we came right after they opened.
We placed a mobile order around 10:30am for a 3-Meat Box, fish sandwich, Hawaiian Deluxe fish sandwich meal with a strawberry lemonade, and chicken tenders. The app said our food would be ready at 10:33. There were no cars behind us and no rush, yet we were told to drive around and park twice.
We specifically asked for everything to be cooked fresh.
After waiting extra time, we finally received our food — and most of it was cold. The fries and chicken tenders weren’t even warm at all, like they had been sitting out. Only the mozzarella sticks and one sandwich were hot. This makes no sense for the first order of the morning at a location that wasn’t busy.
To be clear, the staff themselves were polite and kind. The issue is strictly food quality and how the order was handled.
When you’re paying nearly $30 and ordering right at opening, you shouldn’t be getting cold food after waiting longer than expected.
We’ve already submitted a detailed complaint through the contact form and are hoping management follows up, because this experience definitely didn’t meet Arby’s standards.

Really felt short changed.I go to arby’s often . I didn’t feel like they put enough sauce on my gyro. then I requested more sauce and they charged me… Maybe it’s pretty minor but to me, it is not. I’ve included pictures you be the judge. I don’t have issues with other stores, but this one I do.

Restaurant seriously need some revamping, go to arby’s often went there on New Year’s Day. Fries were old, stale chicken strips were way overcooked. Like they’ve been sitting under a heating lamp. Nothing was fresh …Wife ordered a double Roast Beef.With cheddar they forgot the cheddar. Dont think we will be back.

Food is usually accurate and good from this location. Convenient it is right off the beltline. Is located at a busy intersection so can take time to exist during rush hours.

constantly get the wrong food, when it’s right they give tiny sandwiches with no meat, despite the 6 dollar price for some sandwiches. this picture is a 2.50$ slider, which is a single chicken nugget in hard bread with barely any sauce. when the food is right and good it’s really good, i’ve been there about 10 times and less than half the times have been worth it. the people in the drive thru are nice tho

Not sure who owns the bathrooms at this location (the building is shared between philips 66 and Arby’s). THEY ARE FITHLY! Other than that the food is always fresh and made to perfection, staff are really nice and polite.

I did not order any food but it is attached to a Mobil station. The ladies restroom was absolutely filthy. If I had not been traveling, I would have turned and walked out. It had obviously not been cleaned in some time. It needs Clorox and a power sprayer!!!

I come to Arby’s for the curly fries. Every time I come to this Arby’s I get a large curly. I’m tempted to order a small and see what the difference is because the large is only over 2/3 full at best.

I have to warn you to stay away. This place will say your order is ready, then tell you they are sold out. Doesn’t matter, I was told roast beef. Another was told fries. This place is the worst. Employees don’t care, or just hate being there. And the way they act. People get so mad they get out of there car after going through the drive thru, to cut back in line. Oh and if you pay online at night try to contact the GM during normal business hours, you won’t get it at night, or your food. They will waste your time though.
