Ok so I went into arbys with the familiar dread ones gets from a fast food place an hour before closing. I was shocked, the two young men behind the counter were polite, personable and they actually were working hard. Their manager had bailed so they stepped up and the place was clean, the food fresh, and while eating I never saw these two young men stop working cleaning, and checking on customers. The owner of this store needs to promote or reward those two.

I went to the drive thru and had a pleasant experience today. I do not know her name but she red hair. She greeted us with a smile and told us to have a pleasant evening. It is refreshing to have a cheerful person I am sure she makes quite a few people’s day!

I’ve eaten here over a hundred times over the past 7 years and will not go back! We ordered a large curley to share and it was nasty… All pieces were tiny and looked like the bottom of the grease pit… Not sure about my sandwich if it even had any meat on it… We took it to go and found out on the road… Sorry… Not the same store it was over the years. See picture of the curley fries we ended up throwing away

I’m so tired of disgusting fast food restaurants post covid. Can we please set higher standards than what i saw here today!? Dirty everywhere, lazy staff and not good food handlers, and to top that off our meat was cold in both sandwiched.

So many things made me lose my appetite here. The guy taking our order has a shaggy beard. He wore a beard net…. around his neck, not his beard. The place was not very clearn. Sauce splattered around the trash cans, fries all over bathroom floor. No paper towels in bathroom and sauce dispenser was empty. Not managed well.

Fine fast food establishment. Staff was kind and quick. The place was mostly clean with small bits of paper waste laying about. Bathrooms were immaculate. They share a bathroom with the Phillips 66 next door down the hall. 2 top, 4 top, booths, and a 10 top table are available for seating options. Our food was fresh and hot which was a pleasant surprise for a small town fast food establishment.

First stop was the restroom which was stinky and dirty. Then we ordered our food. While waiting the worker behind the counter working the fryer was mopping up water and “slop” off the floor. then, without washing his hands(He was not wearing gloves) He proceeded to grab the chicken tenders with his hands out of the freezer and toss them into the fryer basket. so gross! The floor remained wet with puddles and he continued to work. The kitchen was absolutely filthy and our food took forever…but it didn’t really matter because my appetite was GONE!!!

Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich that was awesome! Lots of meat & very tasty. Also ordered a large curly fries. Was only half full. Like, seriously? Also, ordered a french dip & got no gravy with it. What a ripoff! It’s like they purposely screw u to make more money.
