Only two people working on a Saturday. Those poor underpaid overwhelmed people. I felt bad for ordering. No ketchup, no auju, and flat soda. They should have just locked the door. Poor mgmt.

I ordered the new brown sugar bacon sandwich. Geez thanks for 2 bacon pieces of bacon torn in half on an 8 dollar sandwich. Do better!!! This location is slow, understaffed and rarely has roast beef ready.

I came to this restaurant as a quick stop while driving through town with my kid. I was the only customer at this restaurant when I went inside and was being ignored by two employees who kept walking past the front counter while making eye contact with me. One of the employees was jokingly making inappropriate noises while I stood there waiting with my child. I decided to leave right away due to the unprofessionalism.

Tried going through drive thru, waited a couple minutes to get help, no big deal they were busy and only had one person taking order at the drive thru alternating between lines. When the lady took my order she was good with the one combo when I went to tell her the next one she said to give her a minute, so I wait. Instead of getting back to me to finish my order she takes the order of the vehicle that came in after us in the next line. We had been driving most of the morning, we left and went somewhere else. In total was probably in the drive thru line for 8 minutes and never got our order taken.

Tonight’s stop was much worse than other times we’ve been. Our sandwiches were cold and bread was dry/nearly stale. To top it off, we got to listen to an employee make obnoxious noises the entire time we were there.

The two girls working today were the only ones working, and they were being run into the ground. Working in fast food, this just shows poor management or ownership. Every time we’ve eaten here it’s been the same thing. The food is alright, the people who are working are always very apologetic and polite, but there needs to be a change higher up since this is costing your company money. Four people left during our visit this time they were in line due to lack of staffing.

Stopped on Easter Sunday as we were traveling through. After completing an order online (which went through successfully) when we arrived we found the doors locked and the restaurant appeared closed. Understand if they are closed for the holiday, but there was no signage on the doors to indicate they were closed (and the online order system said they were open as well) so poor planning/management there.

Slow slow slow. Food is fine but be ready to wait a long time in the drive thru. I sat for 8 minutes before they took my order and they took the car in the other lane before me even though they arrived after me. Just seems poorly run or super under staffed. It is worth going to another one and bypassing this one.

Took forever to get our food, all we ordered was 2 two piece chicken tenders with curly fries and they took about 15 minutes just to bring out the chicken tenders, forgot the fries, had to go back and it still took a while to get us fries, just for them to FORGET about the second fry. Horrible service and unnecessary amount of time to get food out.

I would rate this store a 5 because of many different reasons!
Came to dine in with my family after a long night the Maddy who was working the front counter was very helpful and very kind it really look like she knew what she was doing while she was training someone. WOW! Took around 7 minutes because I ask for my chicken fresh, unlike the other stores I’ve been to, she said “no problem” and didn’t throw a fit.
For the food, as I wrote earlier I asked for my chicken fresh and it was delicious the fries were also fresh, and the drinks were not too syrupy.
Store was very clean tables were wiped down so we could sit anywhere! Drink station was not sticky and the bathroom is delightful also very clean!
Overall this store and including the worker were amazing definitely coming here again!
