The personnel were fantastic, the burger left little to be desired, The burger was much smaller than the bun, in diameter! The flavor wasn’t bad, but way too much bread compared to the meat. Again, The flavor wasn’t bad, but it was a little dry. Maybe a little overdone! I would prefer overdone than underdone. The fries were good, the crinkle cut fries, had a nice crisp patina. My son had curly fries which were pretty good, and a beef and cheddar sandwich. He liked it, so, there’s that, He loves Arby’s! I won’t ridicule this location, because it doesn’t deserve ridicule. Corporate run facilities operate on the whim of those particular corporations. The food is delivered by a certain provider. And that’s all I have to say about that also. I would go back in, I just would not order the hamburger. But I don’t think people go to Arby’s for hamburgers. After all, doesn’t Ving Tell us about the meats?

So, Arby’s has been going downhill for years along with all the other major fast food companies. I have been here 4 times. Each was a disappointment. I will just review my final time going there today. I got the 5 piece chicken tenders. Had to wait for them to be prepared. I ordered the meal with curly fries and soda. I literally live right across the street. Chicken and fries, not hot, which is a surprise as I had to wait for the chicken to be prepared. The kicker, I wanted chicken tenders, not chicken tendons. 3 of the 5 pieces of chicken had tendons I bit into, making me trash the meal after only a few bites. I give up. I actually used to work for Arbys in my teens over 20 years ago. And quality has gone WAY down hill, but that seems to be the trend with fast food in general. If I were to give advice to Fast Food Restaurants, it would be simple. People want hot, fresh food. i shouldn’t have to ask for fresh fries or whatever. Skip this place…
So I am editing this review as I went back to their brown sugar, Hawaiian bacon sandwich. And as you can see from the pictures, the white pieces you see are granules of white sugar so there’s chunks of white sugar on this sandwich is disgusting. They should be ashamed.

A little disappointed. The lady who took my order talked me into the brisket sandwich. She asked if I wanted sweet or spicy for the sauce. didn’t get any sauces for it. Looks like I’m eating some dry brisket

We got in the drive through at 8pm and ordered. It’s now 8:29pm and we are just getting our food. There was one car in front of us who seemed to also wait a long time. The kid had to remake our drinks because they were the wrong size, etc. We got our food, and our fry containers were not all the way full. Definitely need some improvement. Unfortunate to pay for a meal and not even get what’s paid for.

I don’t know what level of expectation I had for an Arby’s, but this place fell short of even that. I was told there was a 30 minute wait for beef at 1030 when lunch started at 10. Then there was a wait on chicken. Then it was the lemonade machine was broken. No shortage of issues. Luckily I caught that they forgot the condiments for our kids meals before leaving. Do yourself a favor and get Culver’s across the street instead.

We often did drive thru and were very pleased with the gyros, French dip and roast beef sandwiches. Last night we tried cheese steak and gyros…the cheese steak was hamburger with cheese sauce(nasty) and the gyros pita fell apart, the meat was either overcooked or recooked,and the sandwich was tasteless. Very disappointing!

Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know where the management is but this place is disgusting I’ve been in here before and this is one of my favorite places to come. I tried to use the bathroom but my feet kept sticking to the floor this is absolutely disgusting.

This is by far the worst Arby’s in Madison. I have come to this location multiple times and almost every single time they are out of roast beef, which if you do an online order they don’t tell you until you are already there. I have never waited LESS than 45 minutes for my food and usually it’s longer than that. The staff ignores anything you say. I tried asking for a refund instead of a replacement sandwich and was just ignored, I got a burger as a replacement and it literally tasted like a charred piece of cardboard that someone dropped in a toilet. I have contacted Arby’s support and have never received any word back. I usually love Arby’s but go to quite literally any other location.
