Very disappointed, my family and I ate Arby’s for dinner yesterday night. Most of our order was wrong and my gyro was horrible. The gyro tasted like they warmed the meat up for 1 minute and threw it together. How disappointing, as I’ve had the sandwich several times before. We spent over 60 dollars there. No more fast food for me, these fast food places are living up to the name( how about quality food over fast food).

I haven’t eaten at Arby’s for 10 years until today, I’ve come to understand why. Dislocation specifically delivers exceptionally horrible care for product Service! Sandwiches were cold to order, fries were all “scrappy”, and I had more cheese on my wrapping then I did my sandwiches. For a $50 order I’d rather dine elsewhere!

The food is… well Arby’s but even when it’s slow they somehow still provide food that is put together messy and rushed. I’m usually cool with that – I don’t mind as I’m a messy eater anyway. However the staff is unfriendly and when they double charged me for something – the worker responded rudely. I came to her very nice and just mentioned that I was double charged and asked to have it removed and refunded… maybe she was having a bad day but still…. Politeness goes a long way.

Came around 10 o’clock at night mind u that they close at 11 so u think it will be fresh. Well No it wasn’t it was cold. But after I pay they made me go to the front by the door and after a few minutes an employee came out with it. When I got home and open the bag I noticed that they forgot my 5 pc steak nuggets and I called the restaurant and apparently the manger said oh sorry about that we forgot to put it in there. Like it your job to make sure everyone got everything they paid for. And all he said was we can take down ur information and u can come back in the future to get them. And I then ask well that wasn’t for me and what can you guys do because you guys forgot to add it in the bag and the person who they was for was upset because that was his food. He then said the same thing. And then I ask well can u guys do anything else for it because that not my fault and I shouldn’t have to come in the future just for those nuggets and the manger the was Swearing at me on the phone and telling me to get off the phone before he hung up. This location has really went downhill in the past few years. I highly recommend eating someone else in Mequon or going to a different Arby’s location that actually care about their customers and make sure u get everything you paid for and it being hot

Stopped by for a quick lunch and the service was excellent. The woman in drive-through was courteous and friendly. Our food was hot; I tried Chicken Ranch Loaded Fries, which were pretty good. It was a big portion for the price and had plenty of sauce, too.

Service was very very slow and there was hardly any cars in the drive and didnt see anyone inside, I waited at least 10 mins to order and then another 20 to get food, the guy did apologize saying there was only 3 people working but I’ve been there and done it when I worked in fast food and there was only me and 1 other person and we never had 1 car wait almost a half hour for food there was 1 car in front of me, and the food wasnt even warm either

The “manager” Shewana Williams was extremely rude and disrespectful. I went up to the counter and politely asked for fresh food because my entire order was cold and stale. She then had the audacity to scold me and say I need to get there on time for my pickup order, insinuating it was my fault. Mind you it was 5 minutes after my pickup time and 11 minutes after I ordered it. Fresh food does not get cold and stale in 5 minutes. After a little back and forth, and a whole lot of attitude from her, she reluctantly agreed to give me fresh food. She then said I’ll do it this time but next time I won’t. Since when is expecting hot food that I paid for a problem? Any decent manager would have replaced it without any issue and probably would’ve even apologized to me for the inconvenience. It’s absolutely mind blowing some of the people these establishments hire to represent their company.

The gyro sandwich was average– nothing special. We will continue to seek the same at Greek restaurants. We thought the Reuben was a good value and will bre back again. Curly fries were excellent.

We tryed Arby’s beef cubes it use artificial liquid smoke.and a terrible rub and it’s baked.
And service was ok 1 couple in the restaurant no one in the drive threw..the food was so bad we threw it in the garbage..the fries were cold.the meat was terrible grill it right or don’t do it at all.. get the onions off the buns…
