I had a pleasant experience at this fast-food place. The food was fresh and tasty, and the portions were just right. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. A nice spot for a quick meal. I recommend it!

I had a coupon for 4 Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches for $10 Regularly this sandwich costs me $5.45 a piece.
Well this Arby’s pulled at least half the meat off of these sandwiches. There was maybe 1 Oz of meat per sandwich…

They burnt my sister’s sandwich. Then the manager argued with her about its condition without even looking at the sandwich. His behavior is completely unacceptable as an adult and the man in charge. Thank God I kept my cool. Pick another Arby’s.

The food was decent, but the service wasn’t. I was the only customer there and still waited 7 minutes for food, 2 items, and one still came cold. I like Arby’s, the prices are fair and options good but it’s so hard to get a correct or hot order .
A year later, I went back, and the service was friendly but again slow and horrible food. The new bacon sandwich, which is almost 7 dollars alone, looks nothing like advertised. It’s a few strips of flavorless bacon and some bacon bit crumbs sprinkled on top. This is the last time here. At least have hot fries, but even that won’t make up for this waste of money. Look at this thing. You should be embarrassed Arby’s.

Take a look at this Buffalo chicken wrap…what a mess! I ordered it in the drive through thinking that a wrap would be a less messy selection than a sandwich but boy was I wrong. I thought maybe its all in the middle so I took a bite and a fatty wad of sauce shot out the back and all over me. I frantically reached in the bag for a napkin, but the cashier didn’t put any in the dang bag! I was in a rush to go to work so I was royally effed! The food came out fast af (that’s the only positive part) but I’d much rather wait a minute and get my food made properly.

I have never had a bad experience here but today I went through the drive thru and Layla was working. This girl is an absolute gem! Not only was she polite and helpful but I was greated with a smile and she made sure the condiments were there. With the construction she even offered a tip to avoid the mess on 27th st.
She absolutely made my day and please give her the recognition she deserves.
I can’t even stress how much this was appreciated, so many places these days you don’t even get a hello, food is handed to you and they walk away.

Sooo I went and order this meal and the workers forgot to give me the soda I notice once I got home so I go back they hook me up give me the soda. When I get back home my wife noticed she also missing the French dip. I got a little irritated but I went back calm and nice and ask if the manager can besides giving me the French dip I ask her if she could she hook me up with some free mozzarellas stick and she did plus I was starving so that was god. Idk the manager lady name but she was awesome if u get to read this. This is the bald Puerto Rican guy in the black lancer. Thank u so much hun. Best services ever
