I want people to be “AWARE” that if you buy anything from the Arby’s S.76th location to check what they are being charged for before you pay. I went thru the drive thru & used a coupon that was for a meal under $13 & when I handed my card to pay & looked over my receipt they had charged me $21 plus tax. I let them know, that “THEY made a mistake” n over charged me & they refused to give me my money they over charged me, claiming it’s store policy NOT TO GIVE YOU ANY MONEY BACK. I believe that is wrong especially if the mistake was theirs n they over charge you. Instead of being fair, the manager told me she would write my name n next time I can get a meal for free? Like does she know me personally, NO! & when I told her the mistake was theirs not mine, she said it wasn’t hers, but the cash registers n she couldn’t return my money. So, they were basically trying to keep my money, they over charged me, no matter what on a mistake they made. She told me to just come back another day n get a free meal instead, but Why? I was already there n they owed me money! So I told her it’s either you give me a meal or my money. She was refusing to give me either, my money or a meal but ended up giving me 2 ham n cheese sandwiches which was the equivalent of the money they owed. I don’t think it’s fair bcuz no 1 should be forced to spend more than they should or be over charged n not get their money returned. FYI pay attention what they charge & the food they give you, it was all cold!!!

I don’t go to Arby’s often but when I do, it’s the one at this location. JACKIE is awesome… she’s very friendly and JUST PLAIN NICE. The atmosphere is nice as well… Xmas music playing in the background today … Jackie and the cook were singing. They made my day… took me out of my Xmas blues for the rest of the day… THANKS GUYS!!!!

Went to this location today just to order the potato cakes that i had a craving for with a cup of cheese sauce..and the potato cakes container was absolutely SOAKED in oil. The bottom of the bag was dripping oil everywhere. Theres oil all over in my car now because I went to the drive thru, so now my car has grease stains and will smell greasy for god knows how long. I’m pretty mad about this.

I would not recommend this Arby’s.
There was literally no one else in line and they are rushing. Rushing so much that they dropped our card out of the window to where we had to get out of the car to pick it up. And because we didn’t say “oh it’s okay” they purposely made our food wrong. Like what are you rushing for there is literally no one else in line.

First i stood at the counter for about 7 minutes before i was acknowledged i was there to pick up my online order and place a counter order I ordered a jamocha shake but what I received was not one. The fries were not what I ordered I ordered crinkled I received curly fresh mixed in with old. The customer service sucked

The guy who took care of us was pretty nice. BUT OMG THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT KIND OF BUN THE ROAST BEEF WAS ON BUT IT WAS HARD AND VERY DRY!!! AND FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY WHERE IS THE ROAST BEEF!!???? THE SANDWICHES ME AND MY DAUGHTER GOT THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ROAST BEEF!!! DEFINITELY DID NOT LOOK REMOTELY CLOSE TO THE PICTURES THEY PUT UP!!! Why put up pictures when your food looks NOTHING LIKE THAT!!! I was Extremely disappointed with the food!, Me and my daughter both took off the top of the bun because it was too hard and dry!! And can’t call the store cuz all they do is get an attitude!! Save myself the headache!!! And we walked there!!! Should have walked to McDonald’s probably would have been better AND I DON’T EAT OR LIKE MCDONALD’S!!! AND NO COUPONS!!!

Feel cheated. Ordered the BLT thing and it had barely any bacon at all. I asked the manager and she said that’s marketing. No it is lying and cheating the customer. The picture clearly shows a much larger portion of bacon than what I was served. They are marketing me right out of eating there in the future. Very disappointed to say the least.
