I only write reviews when it matters. This one matters. Don’t waste your money here. Clearly quality is not their top priority.
I ordered a double beef and cheddar combo with curly fries and a coke and paid $12.06. I unwrap my sandwich and to my disbelief I did not get what I ordered and paid for. The meat portion was smaller than a normal beef and cheddar!! How pathetic!!! The curly fries had 6 good ones on top and they were hiding all the broken bits and pieces!!
I was just robbed of my $12. I will not be back.

Typically get the same “simple “ order Beef and cheddar sandwiches NO red sauce and no onion bun , got my order wrong and gave me a ton of red sauce, saved my receipt AND brought back the food to show it wasn’t eaten and to have them just replace it and make it … correctly they had me speak to a manager which took forever and literally no one was there eating , the staff just talking and sitting around , she was not only rude gave attitude for no reason,

We went to Arbys in Waukesha on Mooreland in front of Farm and Fleet yesterday. It was by far the worst fast food experience we ever received. There were 4 people in front of us and it took 22 minutes to take our order(I know this because I had to reset my app on my phone for the free sandwich). I had a free sandwich on my app but she didn’t know what it was for-I gave up and just paid. There was 1 employee who non stopped complained about how he hates his job and his place of work. There was a manager who came in mid rush during the complaining and it continued. The lady at the register had attitude toward every customer. The soft drink lids and sauces/ketchup were empty. We asked for sauces and she slapped them on the counter with the same attitude she took our order with. I will drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Silvernail next time.

I don’t mean to single Arby’s out, as I have experienced this in other fast food joints lately, but what is up with blaming customers when you get their order wrong?
If the order is not right. Just make it right.
I gave up and left with food I didn’t order that was going straight in the trash, because I didn’t want to argue with your workers over it.
It might feel like a win when you get people to pay for items they didn’t order or want, but I’ve been a customer for 48 yrs. and I’m done with Arby’s now.

Had a messy ham and cheese sandwich I asked for no Swiss add cheddar sauce ham wasn’t shaved it was shredded, cheese had too much . Soda machine needs to be cleaned had metallic taste to soda. Curly fries were very fresh and hot .

T and her crew were amazing! Very customer friendly and helpful. Noticed they took extra care with elderly gentlemen that ordered before me. That Speaks volumes to me.
I had a small wait for my food. T apologized for the delay and offered a soda for my time. I graciously accepted. The store is lucky to have her.
The other crew were very busy also but food came out perfect. Looked like they enjoted working together!
After I sat down I noticed how clean the restaurant was. I few bites later a crew member was out wiping down tables and checking trash. Well done all around!
