Drive through was fast, however, I did not receive any condiments that were requested. I was in a rush as usual and didn’t notice until I had time to stop. The food was fine but without sauce it’s bland. I still gave 4 out of 5 stars because it was likely just a minor mistake.

I don’t understand why you have an order and they can’t follow it. It’s pretty simple to follow. I was just there and got the brisket sandwich in the pictures. It’s piled high with the crispy onions I asked for extra onions. I got two I asked for extra sauce I got none really disappointing ticked me off when I get home and you find out this.

I didn’t know that Arby’s was back by the Walmart. I found it online when looking for the one in Johnson Creek. I was thrilled to find this store. The food was terrific. The prices though, just like everywhere nowadays, is too high. But it is worth going here vs. somewhere else for the taste, and quality.

When I got the steak nuggets, they look nothing like the image they display. They looked black and like hard beef jerky, tasted terrible, and they were about the size of my thumb nail.

People in the kitchen told the cashier to stop taking orders so we had to wait 15 minutes for our orders to be taken. There was literally maybe 6 people in line and the kitchen guy was flipping out. Also while being in line 3 different people went up to say their orders were wrong and the we went to the car and my friend saw that his order was wrong. We waited another 15 minutes for it to get corrected

Ketchup seemed old very dark in color, and more of a tomato paste consistency.
The dining area was very warm and humid insid, this isn’t the first time the dining area felt like this.
It felt like I was outside in the summer heat eating.
If you wish to beat the heat while you eat stay in your care with the AC on.

I love Arby’s food – great taste, and especially the hot wings. However, this location struggles with quality. I have gone three times in the last week to order the Hot Honey BBQ wing special with a small fry. Each time something has gone wrong – I have been charged more for a full meal rather than the special – and I only got the wings and a small fry (if you are going to put it on the menu, please honor the special), I have gotten fewer wings than what I was charged (I requested a 9 piece and got 7 pieces. Usually this doesn’t bother me, but I did pay $7 for just the wings), and I got curly fries instead of crinkle fries. I’m usually a laid back person, and I realize they are short-staffed here, but it was disappointing. I did not go back to for the missing wings or the change in fries but I did try to change my order to the special, and it could not be done. Love the food and the employees are ALWAYS polite, but I will refrain from using this location simply because every time I go, quality is severely lacking.

Don’t even bother…. How this location can improve: 1. Don’t give your customers cold food. 2. Don’t premake your food. 3. Put more than 6 shreds of lettuce on the sandwich. 4. Put more than 4 drops of honey mustard on sandwich. 5. Melt the cheese
