Took far too long to get food. Was told that free sandwich deal would get me a second roast beef & cheddar; it didn’t. Wasn’t enough cheddar on my sandwich to even taste. Roast beef itself was blah. Some idiot decided to put pepper on my crinkle fries. The ice tea was good.

Let’s just start out with the girl at the drive through didn’t have the g2 a brick possesses. She failed to get the order correct. I ordered the half pound number 5 which is a roast beef sandwich, and I got the smallest version of the sandwich. To make matters worse, I asked for Arby’s sauce at the window, and she couldn’t even get that part of it right. I don’t know about you but eating a dry sandwich isn’t the coolest thing in the world. My wife wanted a medium sized drink and fries, but they were out of medium drink sizes. I’m not sure exactly how that works. To me the roast beef wasn’t all about warm either, I don’t know if that was just me being ticked off at this point of the game, or what. My wife ended up eating only half of her meal as nothing ended up being right, add the whole experienced was ruined. Now I thought of actually contacting them and complaining, but I’ve had experience with that particular Arby’s before where I complained and they said that they would give me some free food of some sort, and then when I went there they said they were not going to honor that. I’m not sure what is up with that either, but I sure as hell wasn’t going to go in there and waste my time with them any further either. Truthfully, I really don’t want any free product anyway comma I just want the order right the first time. If I could write this experience at less than zero I would absolutely do that!

Awesome service. Before I ordered I warned the cashier I had a large order. As soon as I said the larger part of my order the manager called to the back on the large part before I even cashed out. Our food arrived very quickly.
