It seems more often than not some of the side items here are undercooked,the crinkle cut almost evertime. I tried the potato cakes for the first time and they were undercooked, the beef and cheddar was sloppy,soggy& taste less almost a water downed taste. The 2 PC chicken tenders were so small. .Its been a long time since ive ordered them but I remember them being much bigger..these were smaller than a roku remote, I took a picture,is this normal now? This is not worth $3.89 ,they also were dry& forgot the ranch that was supposed to come with

Foods always good if you want their stuff. But went for Shakes. Jamocha matter of fact. But last year nationwide they decided to not put the Jamocha swirl on the inside of the cup anymore. So instead of getting a shake once a week it’s more like once every 3 months. Which also means I am vetoing eating there more often. oh well so Sonic gets more of my milkshake business.

The staff at this location are rude. I placed an order on the app with a coworker, and the coworker went to pick it up. He pulls up and they ask about coupon, he says “no, got an online order for Alex tho” and gets told “hold on”.. minute passes by “you can pull up you know”

My meal and my childs meal was fine. My husband ordered the Crispy Buffalo Chicken wrap meal and needless to say after he ate that he got food poisoning. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly because when he was throwing up that was the only thing not digesting. The service was okay but slow. The atmosphere was poor. The building is run down and the place smells terrible. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all. And if you do don’t get anything chicken wise.

The food is always yummy here. Rarely have the problems that I incur at McDonald’s. But the night that we were there, the employees were ALL EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPLEASANT AND SHORT with literally every person that came in and ordered. Not to mention that virtually every table and a lot of the seats were dirty. No place clean 2 sit at. Had to clean our table and seats ourselves.

Always love driving through Dubuque to see this historic establishment! Did you know it was the first Arby’s built on the western side of the Mississippi River and it’s the closest Arby’s to the river? My friend doesn’t like how excited we get when we see it because it distracts his driving after a long shift on I-80. He’s jealous he can’t play fun run.
