Pulled up to the drive-thru and wasn’t totally sure about the service after the first greeting, but things quickly turned around in the best way. Andria Gaham (hope I’m spelling that right) really brought the human side to the fast-food experience — we bonded over the freezing cold weather. She went above and beyond and surprised us with some freebies for the rough first impression, which wasn’t necessary but was incredibly kind. Great recovery and excellent customer service.
As for the food, the roast beef BBQ sandwiches had good flavor, though the centers were still cold. The mac and cheese was great. Overall, it was an okay fast-food experience with good customer service, but the cooking could use some improvement.

We ordered a #2 double with a drink and after waiting 15minutes in the drive thru the guy hands us an incomplete meal. We ask for our curly fries part of our meal and he says oh i didnt know you wanted a meal? Yeah thats why i said #2 not a roast beef. So hes like for waiting so long ill give it to you, but then gives us crinkle fries. Cmon arbys thats insulting. To top it off, the shake we ordered was the wrong flavor and completely melted by the time we got it.

This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for the past 4 hours; each table is dirty and the floor has more fries on it than I got with my meal. They’re out of 4 different drinks, and the service was slower than any Arbys I’ve ever been to. I gave them the benefit of the doubt until I began eating, my food was cold and I had bits of lettuce mixed in with my beef. Everything combined tells me the restaurant isn’t sanitary in the dining area or the kitchen. Hopefully their foods are kept at the correct temperature while in the kitchen.

Worst fast food place in Iowa. I waited 20 minutes at the speaker to place my order at 4pm with tons of cars and kept saying hello and was told to wait. Ended up leaving because I could get anyone to take my order.

There was a really long line at the drive-thru because the lobby was closed. The food was hot and fresh, and the CSR at the window had a positive attitude. The parking lot is kind of dangerous, everyone going in different directions.

Story time. I went there kinda late on a weekday, throug the drive-thru. It was crazy hot, and when I got to the windows to pay, the employee said it would be at least 5 minutes because they had to fry some chicken for my slider. She apologized and offered to give me a cup of water while I waited since it was hot.
I commend them for letting their employees do kind things like this. The cup and water probably cost them $0.05, but the gesture and kindness made a world of difference. McDonald’s used to be my go-to in Mo Valley, but now it is Arby’s. I wish I had caught her name, but she was really nice and I hope she continues spreading kindness and providing amazing customer service.
