The beef and cheddar sandwiches we ordered were cold and the bread was stale. He forgot the sauce and when we asked for the sauce, he was not happy that we asked for sauce twice. There was pretty much no cheddar on the sandwich. I’ve had better experiences.

Wife stops to pick up food because she’s hungry and orders 2 regular roast beef and a chicken cordon bleu combo. Drives home to Arcadia to opens the bag and only my roast beef and her fries in the bag. Four items in the bag and you miss putting in the biggest and most expensive one? Ordered a beef and cheddar classic got a plain beef sandwich. This happened twice. I will not be back to this restaurant. Asked of Arby’s sauce and they acted like I committed a crime. Over charged me. Gave me a cheaper sandwich than what I ordered.

Tried the chicken and pork rib bourbon BBQ sliders and we were both very pleased with those. One of the best offers from Arby’s other than the Lenten fish. We both agreed that we would go back for those. Joined the rewards program and went for the free sandwich with purchase. We got the roasted turkey bacon ranch (fantastic) and the chicken bacon swiss (very good). Looking forward to doing it again next week and the week after as we get to do the free sandwich once a week each week of April. Loving it!
