Every time I order at this Arby’s, I only get part of my order. I’ve had to go back 75% of the time. Most of the time it is the au jus for the French dip, or the fries, but twice it’s actually been a sandwich. The worst part is they always make me pull up in front and then they come out to give me my food but don’t wait till I have a chance to check it. So that I have to get out of the car and go back in and get the rest of my. Just a bummer…

I generally love Arby’s. But when you arrive and you’re the only customer in the place but the dining area is dirty (tables not wiped off, doors dirty, floor dirty), services is slow and they forget part of your order….if just makes for a poor experience.

Horrible customer service. Speaking to a young man I Asked for a turkey gyro with no onions, tomato and sauce. Then had to repeat my order once again cause it appeared he was in training getting help from someone. Asked for extra turkey and they said they don’t do extra turkey. Funny how I’ve been to Arby’s all around the country and this is the only one that can’t extra turkey on a gyro. I said that was fine and then the rudest lady came on and took over asking what I did I want on my gyro cause it only comes with lettuce, tomato and onions. After that I just drove off because it’s clear they are not paying attention or simply couldn’t comprehend what I was ordering.

After twisting my ankle in the cracks in the parking lot, I ordered the angus cheesesteak meal. It was done quickly as the guy in the back called my name and basically tossed it across the counter at me. Upon unwrapping the sandwich, I discovered why it was ready so fast. I looked like it had been in the warmer for the last 2 hours. The bun was soggy and the meat was the most tasteless thing that I have had in some time. I drenched it in 3-pepper sauce to try to give it some flavor. At least the Coke was good. They should go to Jersey Mike’s and learn what fast food cheesesteaks should taste like.

Terrible service on the website, it gave the option to go to the drive-thru and a woman who was serving food at the drive-thru called another woman, who was very rude and said that the sale was only for car orders, which the website gave that option and it’s not the first time she’s been rude to me, maybe she’s racist because I look black, I’ll never come back and I’ll post on all my social networks

Was a great experience!! The food was hot and fresh, the employees were amazing. I do not post reviews very often but the employees that were working 3-28-24 evening deserve recognition. Jacob and his coworker went above and beyond there job duties this evening. They were entertaining had us laughing while waiting were waiting on food, treated our dog in the car and again food was hot and amazing!!

2/18/2025 850pm. I go to the window and ask for a mint chocolate shake, with extra chocolate. I got a mint sake wit hardly any chocolate. Also, I got a hair in my jalapeño roster beef slider. Disappointing.

I’m not one to want to write a bad review but it just sucks when fast food cost $40 for 3 small meals.. one of which is 3 small chicken strips and a medium fry. The most disappointing thing is the fries were all cold and tasted like they’ve been sitting out for hours and our drinks are no joke filled to the lid with ice. To top it off, every time we go there and they ask “anything else” and you reply with a “yes, there are 2 more meals”.. you get a loud sigh and their voices are obviously annoyed afterwards making you feel bad to even order. We will not go back when we can go out to eat for close to the same price with bigger portions and better quality food.

The service was good the food was not. I had chicken strips that were mostly breading, very little chicken. Bro in law had fish and he said it was tasteless and mushy. My sister ordered a fish wrap and it was very good she said. Seasoned good and well made. Will not be going back there.
