I ordered the steak nuggets and the nuggets were more like steak jerk. I called and spoke to Nicole (manager) who insisted there was no way the steak nuggets were as I described because she makes them herself and customers love them.

The new steak bites they advertise as good, and will convery your new favorite steakhouse to arbys are about the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten there. Its like a ball of half tender beef jerky that comes apart in shreds. Whoever okayed that at quality control should be fired.

The lady that took my order had such a shining personality that when I walked in tired and grumpy I couldn’t be in a bad mood towards her. She is a blessing. But the shift manager YELLING from the front THROUGH the kitchen at people wasn’t exactly enjoyable to listen to!

Not bad. Parking lot clean, drive through was efficient. About the restaurant overall, a little above average. I was disappointed in Greek style gyro, but the roast beef version was better. The orange milkshake was interesting and refreshing; not bad!
