I spent $16 for a meal and asked the gal for a paper cup for sauces as I was driving and would like it bigger so I dont make a mess. They refused.
Lets break this down. A cup that cost what 5 cents? I cancled my order and asked for a refund. If you can listen to your guests and accommodate them. So your employee is willing to lose $16 in sales over a 5 cent cup.
All good took my business else where!!

Yall need to get it together. This is the second time in a row that I’ve gone when no one else is in line and food is forgotten and cold. Im not expecting a fine dining experience, but the least you can do is get a simple order right and keep the food warm. If youre limited on time for lunch break, it’ll be fast but theyll forget stuff and it’ll be cold

I had the Philly Cheese Steak after seeing a YouTube review last month & it was good. Fast forward to this week, I figured I would give it another go. I ordered a Philly combo with extra meat it came out to around $21 the problem came when I was on my lunch break & saw I did not have a Philly but a version of a Chopped Cheese. The meat still had lumps from where they chopped up a burger. I wish the cashier had told me they were out instead of trying to pass off a Chopped Cheese as a Philly Cheese.

Okay so now I why the 3 stars… & honestly 3 stars isn’t worth that… while setting here we saw 3 meals messed up plus ours. Then when they finally fingered out how to help some at the front counter when they brought the sandwich back out it was on a completely different bun & I know this because I had the same sandwich. Not at the top of my list to stop in if I don’t have to. On a up side lobby was clean I would love to reach out to the reply but it would help if the link would work.

I ordered the Arby’s Angus Cheese steak sandwich. Omg, it was terrible. It tastes like Hamburger Helper on a bun, not what I expected.
I will never order that again. I like Arby’s , but that sandwich was awful.

Can’t even get a basic biscuit right. Twice now I’ve ordered breakfast and they screwed it up. First time a chicken biscuit and they asked if I wanted egg and cheese, said no but they still added it. Today a sausage biscuit and the same question and the same screw up. How do you add something after being told no repeatedly? Thanks for taking my damn money tho.
