This is by far the WORST Arby’s that I have ever been to. I went there to order just a roast beef sandwich, curly fries and a Coca Cola. I went through the drive through as usual and when I got to the window, I waited at least 5-10 minutes just for somebody to check me out. When they finally did, the person at the window was extremely rude and indifferent. I then waited another 5 minutes just to get a simple meal. Then when I started to bite into the roast beef sandwich, it was so dry and the bread was cold, not warm like it usually is. Then when I tried to eat the curly fries, they were soggy and mushy and to make matters worse, the coke was flat and tasted down drained. I wasted at least 10$ on what literally tastes like an MRE. Go somewhere else and do NOT waste your money here. I’ve heard so many bad stories from former employees and other customers and decided to give this place a second chance but they just keep proving me right.

I worked all day and didn’t get lunch in today. I stopped here on the way home to get supper. Mind you, this is about 5 minutes further from my house. I passed my house to come here. I ordered a double roast beef meal with curly fries and a drink. I also ordered a ranch chicken snacker. When I got heading home, I ate some fries and could tell they were old. Clearly, the end of an old batch they wanted to get rid of. When I got home to eat, I opened my ranch snacker, and it was Bbq!!! I ate it bc I’m starving, but I’m pretty upset I didn’t get what I ordered and PAID FOR & THAT IT WAS OLD FOOD. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, but after today, I’m chalking this up as a bad Arby’s and won’t be back. Don’t recommend either. Go to a better one. I added my receipt also to show they had put in a ranch one and still got BBQ!

Went through drive last night girl at the window was very nice. However the gyros was smoosh barely any gyro seasoning. Originally Choped it up that maybe just off night. So much thought I give it a try again tonight. However not a good experience again. I was charge to substitute a different type cheese On my sandwich. Got a chicken bacon Swiss barely any honey mustard on sandwich. My daughter burger was to have bacon and they did not put it on her sandwich. Most locations cook potato cakes to order however the ones I got definitely were not fresh hard as brick and not hot. I Have tried to call store few times and there is no answer only automated system. Next time I’ll drive to Altoona location.

I ordered the double beef and cheddar meal online. I arrive to pick up 10 minutes later. My food was cold and not what I ordered. I received a roast beef no cheddar and it was all cold and not double. Not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. I did call and all he said was I’ll write it down. Definitely won’t make the mistake of going to this location again. Altoona never messes up and the food is hot!

Got my order at about 945 this evening unfortunately I didn’t start to eat my food until I was halfway to Indianola The crinkle fries were cold and extremely dry. The chicken bacon swiss I ordered was cold and hard as a rock. The only thing that was good was the strawberry shake. When I called to request a refund the girl who answered tried to tell me the food was relatively fresh and then wouldn’t even take my information when I told her I would be coming back in the morning for a refund. She chose to hang up on me rather than make any attempts to improve the situation.

Usually the wait is a little longer but food is typically pretty good. There are times when some items seem “older” than other but thats what happens when you order cheese sticks from a fast food place. Most of the staff that I’ve dealt with are nice and helpful.
