I’ve had Greek Gyros here and also the $5 coupon meal (crispy chicken sandwich) and both were hot and fresh. I normally don’t go to Arby’s but the meal deals are incredible! I will definitely be back.

Great place to eat when you are in the Waukee area. Very friendly and professional staff. We especially enjoy when Taylor and/or MacKenzie are working, as they always have a smile on their faces. The food is always hot and fresh. Love the senior drink prices since we’re on a budget.

10/10 great service. The location has cute rocks on the inside. The staff are very friendly! The food is always nice and hot. I work across the street and they make things quickly. Easy to run over and pick up.

We dined in. The food was made to order, which is always good; however, the service packed a little bit of friendliness. I don’t know about anyone else but I know that it’s important that customers are treated with respect and courtesy and unfortunately, this restaurant fails in that department. It seemed like maybe we were more of a nuisance to them because we came in later at night before their lobby closed and it appeared to be that they were cleaning the restaurant for closing quite early and we felt rushed and unappreciated. My suggestion is to order drive-thru only, where you will also get a bad attitude, or the lack of a smile, or a thank you even. In a world that is dying for customer service it is important that Arby’s is able to have customers appreciate the service that they’d ring the bell on their way out the door!
The ambiance was good, the environment was okay and it was clean and the restaurant the restrooms were clean and it was actually very welcoming looking in, what ruined the experience was the employees that failed to create a great dining experience. My main problem is that the menu pricing has increased significantly so I feel the customer service should be on point every single time and management should be pushing those policies.

This is the only place I have gotten fantastic mozzarella sticks from. They were perfectly crisp ,warm and had the perfect cheese stretch. 10/10 would recommend the mozzarella sticks,and I will be coming back to this location from now on!!

Arrived as a result of a Google search. The parking lot was clean and free of any noticable maintenance issues.
Warmly welcomed by the enthusiastic staff upon entry.
Love the food but the pricing is now beyond the joke bordering on unaffordable. I don’t feel the quality is on par with previous visits and l believe that aggressive portion control efforts are in place.
Arby’s is clearly on a war footing with my wallet. Unless it’s on sale, or l have a coupon, this is no longer an establishment that l patronize with any regularity.

I’ve been getting my food from this place for a few years while I worked at the Walgreens across the street. However, today was amazing! There was a nice gentleman named Bradley and he gave just amazing vibes! The chef also screwed up and this guy was quick to reassure me they would make me another sandwich to fix it.I told him thanks for being awesome and he said: “It takes one to know one, boss. Have a great day!”
