Jenna at the drive thru was extremely helpful and polite. Customer service at these establishments is crucial & this place didn’t disappoint. Had a minor inconvenience and the manager Daniel resolved. Definitely recommend trying this place if you like delicious food & phenomenal customer service.

This was our first visit to Arby’s since moving to Des Moines 1 1/2 years ago. We ordered 2 classic roast beef meals. Honestly I’m not sure if I was actually eating real meat. I didn’t have to chew it. The roast beef just dissolved in my mouth – and not in a good way. There wasn’t any beef flavor either. It was not a good experience and I will not be going back. BTW – the fries and soda were fine. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice/clean. I went to Arby’s for the roast beef but that was bust.

A few better options than most fast food restaurants. Roast beef is decent for the price, brisket and chicken are good. The Reuben is also pretty good for the price. I am a fan of the potato cakes.

If you want sauce don’t go to this location. If you forget to tell them, you won’t get any. If they ask, you may still not get any. Not just sandwiches either. I didn’t get marinara with my mozzarella sticks and was told it’s because I didn’t request any.

Several missing items, no napkins or sauces even though he asked me what sauce I wanted at the window. They don’t answer the phones, had to go back didn’t seem like they cared. Shake machine was down, window guy was confused. Won’t be back.

It was good food but 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches and fries is a bit much, but I understand that we are still trying to get back up from the last administration in office. But the steak and cheese was oooie gooie so good I actually ate most of mine and that is saying alot for me

We stopped at this location for a quick bite, but our experience was far from satisfactory. We waited patiently for help, but no one came to our aid. In fact, we weren’t even acknowledged, which made us feel disrespected. The female employee who was working looked in our direction but continued doing whatever she was doing without offering any assistance. This poor customer service is unacceptable. The staff needs training and needs to improve their service. I will be posting photos of this person soon!

The two things that I want most from “fast food” is 1) getting the correct order, and 2) consistency of food quality. This location does well for number 2…. but is all over the map on number one. Our last 2 visits involved pick-up orders… each missing an item of items or containing an incorrect item. We will order food from them far less frequently in the future… at least until they can get orders correct. In our last order, they gave us an incorrect sandwich, and they failed to include the Au Jus for the Au Jus sandwich. When we called them about their errors…. they said we could “come back” and they would correct the order. I am SOOOO tired of THAT response. JUST GET THE ORDER CORRECT ARBYS!
