**Edit: The “Guest Support Team” never got back to me. I’d have to believe they just post that line as damage control so it looks like they’re working on things.**

Had a meal that was messed up, and they absolutely refused to make it right, even after I offered clear proof of purchase.

I was never given a receipt for my order. They refused to do anything but provide “a shake or something” due to their strict no-receipt policy. I offered to show them my banking history, which would have clearly verified the charge, time, and amount from their location.

So, with their current policies, they can create a situation where they’re 100% at fault and leave the customer with zero recourse.

I understand the need to prevent fraud, but there are ways to track and mitigate that issue without compromising customer support. Having a replacement policy that refuses legitimate requests from customers who can prove they spent money is objectively bad business.

We will never be back. We refuse to support a business that demonstrates such disregard for its customers and then hides behind policy.

We used to go there multiple times a month. Each trip was at least two meals plus extras. We just wanted a replacement for the one meal that was messed up, and would have purchased more items that day anyway.

But hey, at least you saved a few bucks not giving out free food.

I keep giving it a shot for the food. But every time I get my food its cold in the middle of the sandwiches. Specifically the Rubens. My favorite sandwich from the old restaurant which was always hot completely through. The place is clean and the staff is friendly that’s the only plus I see to the restaurant. When the food improves I will change my score.

Having issues with the app lately. Used the drive thru. So lost my discount. Was told to uninstall & reinstall. Evidently this is common occurrence for the app to not give you correct choices or options. So this is actually the 3rd time with it glitching & not being able to use the order online discount.

Tried to eat here at 1:00 pm. The first door I tried was locked for some reason. When I eventually got to the counter i stood there alone for a couple of minutes until a guy who’s name tag was labeled “shift manager” walked up. Without a word he punched a couple of buttons on the register and then stood there staring at me. I felt like I was being such an inconvenience that I left.

Well, considering the fact that the first time I came to this location, my food was cold after waiting 20 minutes, they’re off to a bad start. And tonight I ordered online for a 1030 pickup, because google says they’re open til 11. I got there and theyre closed. Refused to refund my money or make my food. I get it, they’re closed, but its their app that messed up, they should make it right. I’m not happy whatsoever, the service is insanely bad. The food is good when it’s fresh, but im pretty angry that I drove half an hour AND paid 20 dollars for food that I’ll never receive. The management needs to figure out what’s going on and fix it. This is ridiculous.
