Stood in an empty line waiting to be serviced and order taken. I was the only person in line. Completely ignored. Someone else came in and stood to the side of the counter and was able to get service. Very irritating all I wanted was a apple turnover.

Ordered turkey market sandwich meal. Paid for turkey bacon ranch. Didn’t tell us they no longer have turkey market sandwich. Asked for o ly meat cheese and onion. Received picture above with two slivers between the half sandwich. Drive through lady was super nice though.

Everything except chicken tenders are good. They are overly breaded barely any meat but today I got there 2 for 6 chicken cheddar ranch WHICH I didn’t know was 2 small overly breaded chicken tender in a bun. Arbys should be ashamed of themselves. I mean I get it VALUE but really.

My guilty pleasure- Arby’s Beef N Cheddar. You might think it’s gross, I don’t care. I love ‘em. Where I call home doesn’t have an Arby’s anymore, so whenever I travel I treat myself once on that trip to a beef n cheddar.
At this particular Arby’s, the staff was awesome. Super friendly and prompt. Thought they were great. I did drive thru, so I didn’t rate the “atmosphere”. lol
I’ve been to so many different Arby’s that ya can’t help comparing how each makes their beef n cheedars.
I wanted to give this place 5 stars based on their staff alone. But the sandwich….
Perfectly hot. Like, maybe the best temperature roast beef I’ve had from an Arby’s. Not too hot to burn your mouth but hot enough that it was right on the money. I was thrilled. Roast beef was delicious.
But the cheese sauce. Did the person fall asleep? I don’t think I’ve ever had a double beef n cheddar with so little cheese sauce ever. Like if I didn’t know what I had ordered, I might mistaken it for just a roast beef sandwich. Don’t get me wrong, there was cheese sauce on it, I have just never seen so little. I’ve been to other Arby’s where they’ve gone the other direction and you can’t pick up the thing and the cheese is running everywhere.
But you gotta have a decent amount of cheese. You just gotta. Super disappointed in that.
