First and foremost, I asked for 2 classic roast beef meals and got doubles instead, so charged extra and got something I did not ask for. Second, I asked for a specific sauce and a woman who seemed like a manager says “I only have 3 left for the night” and shuts the window on me. That is not my problem. If you have 3 you should be able to give me one as a paying customer and once they actually are gone, you state to customers you don’t have any left. These fast food chains get worst by the day with their service.

For the most part the actual person that talks my order does decent but overall the staff is not good. This store also screws up food often. There ain’t much cheese on this beef and cheddar.

I did a to go order at 3:29 drove over and made it to the window 3:36, food was cold half way through my fries it was under cooked…mozzarella sticks had no marinara, the peach cobbler was very old tasting I ordered a 2nd order at the window to get a jamocha shake which ended up getting vanilla….I called the lady insisted they made the food right when it came up but it wasn’t even a 10min drive and somehow the food was already cold….i was excited for a jamocha shake….I rarely order Arby’s cause it it’s more expensive and of my $40 order and $8.00 order the only thing that was not old tasting was the jalapeno poppers and of course roast beef as it was easy to microwave to warm up….the lady said she asked her manager and that yeah it was made right when it got placed and the shake was jamocha so yeah thanks and hung up

Apology for the long review but….A couple days ago I purchased an online order for myself and my daughter. I get up to the speaker and tell the woman my last name..she already sounds rude but I don’t think much of it at this point. I get up to the window and she hands me a bag and a shake and shuts the window. I sat there for a minute waiting for her to open the window again because I still had another shake and a drink coming plus the shake in my hand looked like vanilla when we ordered a chocolate and jamocha. Well she opens the window and doesn’t say anything just looks at me and I tell her that we’re still waiting on drinks she said “last name started with a P right?” I said “no, it’s Hickox” she rudely says “well the guy behind you said that’s his last name sooo” at this im obviously confused because why would someone else tell them my last name and how would they even know? Anyways, I tell her I can even show her the order I placed if she doesn’t believe me and she throws her hands up and says “ALRIGHT!” then shuts the window and I see her in there shaking her head and saying something to the other person in there working. She comes back to the window with bags and a shake and a drink. I tried to hand her the stuff she had mistakenly given me back to her and she explains why they can’t take it back and that I have extra free food so I thank her then she says “Well I guess if you’re really Hickox then here’s your stuff it’s all in there and your jamocha shake and drink have a wonderful night” (in a very unpleasant tone making me feel like her have a wonderful night statement was actually telling me to have a terrible night) and shuts the window. I was too scared to even wait again and tell her the shake I had in my hand wasn’t chocolate like I ordered. So I just drove off. Well we get home…my sandwich I ordered was so dry I could hardly swallow it and the chicken was so overcooked and hard I had a hard time biting into it, my daughters au jus for her French dip wasn’t in the bag, no sauces. It was just all around a terrible experience and this woman should not be working there if she dislikes her job so much.

I have tried calling 5x to get resolution to my problem. I ordered a beef and cheddar double with a sesame bun, yet it came with an onion bun. There is no option to leave a voicemail and everytime I tried to call after the first time my call was rejected by staff. If you’re going to have me pay 20$ for one meal, the least you could do is to make sure my order is correct or maybe answer your phone to make it right.

Most of the time I’m ordering pickup from Grub Hub and more often than not something was wrong, but lately the food has been hot and fresh, service on point, and using the coupons I get in the mail is amazing! Thanks again, of course I’ll be back! P.S. Bring back the chocolate turnover, I loved that thing!!
