My boyfriend and I stopped for a quick bite on our way back home, anything but quick. Food took at least 10 minutes to get, nobody else in the lobby. Then another 15 minutes to get A CUP OF CHEESE! Apparently people were arguing over who was going to get the cup of cheese. This was said out loud by another employee.

The evening manager is the sweetest, she deserves a promotion and a raise. She was busting butt and did a great job, I wasn’t too happy that Arby’s has made their shakes smaller and the prices went up as well. This planet is getting very greedy.

Do NOT go to this location. I’ve gotten food poisoning from this place three times in three weeks. While Arby’s in general is great, whoever is staffed at this location is not handling their food properly.

I did drive through and they made my food incorrect I call for I didn’t notice till I was already home 20min away so I call they say I need a receipt as they didn’t give me one so the food I can’t eat because of 1 ingredient I asked them not to put in it I have to trash and take as a loss. I could use up to 3 coupons at the plainfield Arby’s. Not the fastest crew, but it was alright. The shakes were made right away and then waited a while for the food but overall pretty decent experience.
