It crazy to pay full price for a double and get a slider worth of meat. Why i stopped going to this Arby’s months ago and well stop again. Seems like it’s been like this for years, new management so your employees can be trained better.

This is a pleasant place to eat. The dining room is clean, music appropriate volume, and a nice variety of tables. The drive thru is the priority, so it took a few minutes to get service at the counter, but it was friendly, and food came reasonably quickly.
The bathroom had soapy water all over the floor. It was very clean, but slippery and made my shoes stick to the dining room floor.

I had seen the bad reviews for this Arby’s location before visiting but still decided to go because it was close and convenient. I used the drive thru, and the service was alright. What was crazy to me was how incorrect and unprofessional the presentation of the food was. I had ordered a 6 count of the mozzarella sticks. As you can see, I had jalapeno poppers in there for some reason. I did not order that. Not sure if it was just a busy day there or something, but that is wild to me. It was a simple order.

I went through the drive-thru tonight at 9pm & was pleasantly surprised. Little did I know that my sandwich would be made with so much love! I’ve been ordering the same item every time I go to Arby’s for years now, and it was peak tonight! Thanks for making my Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich with so much love guys!

Chx nuggets thrown in bag. Horrible service. Customer service, atmosphere, missing items wrong items. Cold food. Missing cheese on sandwich. 40$. 2 hrs of work. Never again. Run. Could give 0 for two i would.

My fiancee and I stopped by here just to pick up something quick. There were only two people working here and they both were working their butts off. They were super busy and still got our food to us at a reasonable time. I know the woman running the orders is named Stephanie and she was awesome. I just wanted let her know if she sees this that her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed by her customers.

The people were begrudgingly courteous at best. Not rude but not very there. And the service was pretty slow. The food was okay at best. We were a group of two. The chicken sandwich was cold, our curly fries were pretty cold too. I had ordered a beef n cheddar and wanted extra cheddar. I was almost drowned in the amount that was put on my sandwich. I went back for a Jamocha Shake. But as you can see in the picture that wasn’t even a Jamocha Shake. It was a vanilla shake trying to masquerade as a Jamocha Shake. I took two sips and tossed it due to nothing but vanilla flavoring. And the floors were awfully sticky, like walking across fly paper. The entire seating area was like that. The employees saw and heard my complaints but just shrugged it off. Like it was nothing new and they didn’t care. I also watched them very loudly kick someone out. Tho he seemed like he had caused a commotion before. So understandable to a point. I don’t know this place just made me all around uncomfortable to even complain after that show of aggression.

Stephanie was so nice and such a good spirit. The food was good and came out surprisingly fast for there only being two workers. She knows her regulars and has fun with them and they worked super hard. Very impressed with the service!
