Maybe it was just the day. This particular store is fine. It’s in a rather busy location and is tough to enter and exit, depending on which direction you want to go.

The staff was very friendly and courteous, but clearly under-manned as evidenced by lack of attention to some details, such as sticky floors, wet countertops and empty toilet paper dispensers in the bathroom.

The food lived up to franchise standards and served reasonably fast. The focus of the workers was on the drive-thru orders and the workers were doing their all to keep the orders moving.

This location does not participate with orders from the Arby’s app, so you won’t be able to use any online deals.

Otherwise, kudos to the workers and local managers for their doing the best the can with what they have.

Only reason I had to write this review is because this won the award for the worst tasting sandwich in the history of my life‼️ The bun was good but one ingredient ruined it.. the chicken was flat dry like serious cardboard “old dry” across the whole sandwich and I took a picture of the thickest part but the rest was just like you see inside of it.. literally was un-eatable after a couple bites

First order was wrong. Ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich, when I pulled it out of the bag, it wasn’t even wrapped and dumped into the bag. When I reassembled I realized there was no lettuce, tomatoes, lettuce and only the top piece of bread was cut. I went back and they remade it to only look like this. Inedible lettuce, one tomato and no onions. A $10 sandwich that is pathetic. The drive through attendant was very kind but the whole experience was very disappointing.

Very nice Arby’s. Friendly staff, hot fresh food, and the order was right. I had the French dip which had an apple supply of meat and my wife had the fish stick basket, she said it was amazing for fast food. Can’t believe this place isn’t busier. Two convenient driveways off 44th and Clyde Park.

Went here on 10/11/25 to get a quick something to eat on my way home from being out all evening and tired. To savor my evening time with my child since it was already 8 pm I decided to stop into Arby’s to get a roast beef classic. A reliable sandwich that usually comes out right and is good for a quick fill up.
Sad to say my experience at this exact location on this date- yesterday- was the exact opposite of what I expect from Arby’s.
Roast beef sandwich’s here are supposed to be more than a sandwich. They are supposed to ne hot and stacked correctly. Beef used to ne thinly shredded to perfection. But this came out as an atrocity. I sat at the drive through for almost 5 minutes and got a cold gross tasting and half way stale bun thrown together literally cheese and sauce slopped on the sandwich. I was already tired. Too tired to turn around. So I went on to go elsewhere again for food that would satisfy my hunger
I used to love Arby’s but lately it’s been slacking all over. Simply not worth the money anymore what I received looked and tasted like the last of what was in the fridge and pantry before grocery day. An exact replica of someone’s thrown together home lunch. $6 for that? Gather $2 extra dollars and go grab a curd burger from Culver’s it’ll be way more worth your time and caloric intake

I sat at the speaker at the drive-thru so long, I thought that the place was closed because there weren’t any other cars around. I was going to drive away and someone greeted me. I placed an order for my family. I paid at the window and the man told me to pull up because it was going to be a few minutes on one of my items. While the one female behind him were laughing and smiling. When I did receive my order, she brought out my bag and said ” were short staffed” …. So I get home and it was the smallest double roast beef and triple roast beef I have ever seen. I paid way too much money for sliders. Because that’s what they looked like. This was the first time ever at this location. I won’t be able to go back there . I don’t trust it. Complete rip off

So I try to go to the web address that the “owner” provided and this is the same response I get on a laptop, a tower and a mobile phone.

This Arby’s is absolutely terrible, how there can be one car in the drive through and me still have to wait 24 minutes for a DRIVETHROUGH order is beyond me. If you don’t have an extra 30+ mins in your day don’t even bother coming here. The food wasn’t hot when I got it and they forgot all sauces I requested.
Oh and see th owner commenting on some of these bad reviews to leave more info so this message is directed towards them, how about you fix your location and your staff because we’re putting plenty of info on these reviews to give you a good idea on what’s wrong with your location.

Somehow Arby’s ran out of roast beef. So I did NOT get my Double Beef ‘n Cheddar . When an alternatve option was made the drive through worker gave the dasher some attitude. Plus on top on of that I requested the meal and did not recieve my fries. I did get my Mozzarella Sticks (6 ea.) but no marinara packs to dip them in. This fault is complety the restaurant and not DoorDash.

On top of all this my sandwich has a hair in it. The only thing they got right was my drink.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Horrible, horrible service. We waited 15 mins for cold food because they FORGOT to make the order. It’s almost like you’re a bother to the staff. And in top of that got all the way home and they had made my son’s chicken bacon Swiss sandwich with a TENDER. One single chicken tender!!!!! Filed a complaint, but have not heard back from the store or corporate.

Refused to refund money for deep fried food that was double dipped and grease filled. Currently waiting for police to arrive to force the refund. Simply because employee is on a power trip. Will be calling corporate because double frying food is illegal and not food safe
