First I gave them the best possible rating in every category but food. Monday my 12 year old granddaughter and I tried their new americana sandwich. It was just plain gross neither one of us could eat it. Not to mention it was cold whether it is supposed to be or not it probably wouldn’t have mattered. The sauce was way too much as well – so messy.

Terrible customer service, very slow in the drive threw and instore, always getting simple orders wrong, food is never fresh either it seems, used to be my favorite place to eat for lunch but the past 6 months it has gone down hill. Especially the staff they suck at their jobs!
