Used my app after an extremely exhausting day (week!) on Friday 11.7 Got to the drive thru where the nicest person greeted me with a freshly packaged meal to bring home. I went through the drive through to get one of the new fish sandwiches. I got of each. I’m usually not picky, but these were some of the worst tasting fish sandwiches I have had. Soggy Bread, Wilty lettuce and Not Crispy at all Fish. Also, Bad flavor. But the Service was good

Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s the day, maybe it’s the weather or the drones, I don’t know and I don’t care. I’m tired of being treated like crap when I go places today. Ordered through the drive through. The lady cut me off to tell me my total while I was still ordering and sounded irritated as I was trying to ask for my sauces. There were not busy at all, either. No one in the store and no one in the drive thru. Two stars because the food was delicious. If it were based on the service, it’d be one star, and I’d be ranting about wanting to leave a -3 star review

After I ordered my food, I overheard the employee who took my order mock me. After I called him out on it he didn’t apologize, he chose to be a child and say “thank you”. I didn’t get the employee’s name but I remember he has short facial hair and short hair. They may have “the meats” but they lack employees with manners. Food is also overpriced for what they are and for some reason the floor is sticky. Getting rid of happy hour was one of the worst things they have ever done.

The service wasn’t bad. Chicken tasted funny like boiled egg. Gyro was thrown together roughly but still tasted great. Fries good. Jalapeno poppers hot both temp and spice.

In my 36 years of life, this is the best Arby’s I’ve ever been to! Seriously delicious. Drive through employee took order and was such a good sport about our 3 yr old cutely re-resiting our order….and then we get the food. The chicken nuggets were so good!! At Arby’s of all places! Ordered it in Wilmington, NC a week later….not even close!!! This place rocks!
