Everything was great except for the curly fries. They tasted day old & dried out almost like they were fried from the day before. This is my 3rd curly fries try from 3 different Arby’s location & not impressed with this fries. Maybe that’s curly fries taste in general?
I do enjoy their hot & fresh crinkle fries.
This location is normally clean (I went through the drive thru for this visit), & welcoming. The service was quick & easy as always.

Number of times I’m asked what sauces I want at the drive thru speaker-10. Number of times I’m asked to pull ahead and wait an excessive amount of time for burnt or under cooked food-10. Number of times any of those sauces have actually been in the bag-0. Number of times I get a poor response when I go inside to request the stuff they forgot-also 10. Chances I’ll return at this point are now 0. Fast food is my only option most nights because of my schedule. At this point starving sounds better than spending more money on food I can’t eat. Those burnt Mac and Cheese bites tasted worse than they looked. Big bummer.

I placed an order on the app for dinner. We drove from West Olive, MI to Allendale, MI to pick up the order. When we arrived the person at the window said that they ran out of roast beef, this was about 6:30 pm. She was embarrassed and apologized as she couldn’t reimburse our card, it had to be a manager which no manager was working at that time. I called the next morning to make sure the credit was put through and the manager said he thought his boss would have to do it. No apologies at all. I called the next morning to make sure it was done and the same manager said “I believe my assistant took care of it”. Hopefully by Monday it will be processed. Not impressed at all.

Stopped in for a quick bite. The sandwich (Market Fresh: Ham and swiss with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo) was delicious! The service was quick. The workers were friendly.

Only ordered 2 sliders. Waited almost 15 minutes and they forgot the sauce. Not the first time I’ve had a ridiculous wait time at this location. They literally didn’t even apologize for the wait, just acted like it was a regular thing. Won’t be back.

Very over priced. 4 Sliders (which are not very big and smaller than when they use to come in those tiny boxes) 5 piece jalapeños bites and the total came to $14. Here’s a picture of the sliders that use to be a dollar, now1.99, might as well say two dollars.

Food was cold, not even room temp it was just cold. Had to wait until I got home to reheat my fast food. Made us wait for mozzarella sticks can at least make sure our food is warm too.
