Popped into the Arby’s on 17 Mile in Cedar Springs for supper the other night, and let me tell you—this place is so clean you could probably eat off the floor. (Not that I tried; the tables were spotless enough, thanks.)
The folks behind the counter? Absolute sweethearts—smiling, quick, and zero eye-rolls when I begged for extra red ranch on my Beef ‘n Cheddar. Speaking of which: flavor? 10/10. Tender beef, melty cheese, that sweet-tangy red ranch magic—pure Arby’s bliss. Assembly, though? Yikes. Unwrapped it and thought, “Whoa, did I date the sandwich artist and ghost them last week?” Roast beef was wadded up like it owed somebody money, then hosed down with cheese sauce and a tease of extra red ranch. Not the Niagara Falls of red sauce I ordered, but enough to turn the wrapper into a mini horror flick. Had to perform emergency sandwich surgery with a plastic knife just to make it edible. Still devoured every bite.
Drink station was pristine, sauce bottles full and flowing like a condiment fountain of youth. All things considered, I’m already planning my next visit. Just maybe I’ll bring a hard hat… for the beef.

they offered free delivery and a free sandwich.. what’s not to like? i got. $10 brisket sandwich for free and their famous mint chocolate chip shake. sandwich is delicious and warm and the shake is too cold for a spoon! thick and great! this was worth it. also worth looking into is door dash has some very good deals if you pick it up. they always have some kind of offer!

Came thru the drive thru this evening and the gal taking the order was extremely short. Rushing us thru I do not frequent your establishment. It was taking me a tad bit longer reading the menu and to make a decision. I understand the drive thru isn’t necessarily the time for long decisions but the lobby was closed. Nonetheless I most likely will not return or advise anyone else to get service at the Cedar Springs location. This experience wasn’t the very best experience especially if it was my first time around in like 5 yrs. I probably had a similar experience long ago. Can’t remember but this one I’ll remember and perhaps I’ll give you some time to redeem your brand in the far future. I can give props for the freshness and quality of the food. It’s just the customer service that needs work.

Had a busy day and the family stopped by the drive thru for a late dinner and the lady taking our order was very short and rude. You could clearly tell she hated her job and that impression did not change at the window. I get working fast food might not your dream job but it puts food on the table and keeps the lights on, you don’t need to be excessively short and rude to people trying to get their dinner.

Always friendly staff at the drive thru and the order has always been correct. Good food. Quick service.
Convenient right off the highway. And an easy walk across the parking lot from the gas station.
I appreciate the alternative to a fast food burger. I haven’t seen coupons to my post box in quite awhile. Wish I could find coupons again. I will be back.

The owner/managers are basically drill sergeants and don’t have any problem hiding it. If you want to watch the employees get harped to the extent where you feel like you’re the one in trouble, then go here. It is one hell of a thing to watch. I’m scared to go in sometimes.
I’ve been going here for 10 plus years at the time of this review and the food is always fantastic. This location made me love Arby’s and they outshine every other location that I’ve been to.
