I’m literally crying right now. I always order the beef and cheddar with aju. It was the end of the night but for a forty dollar meal that I can’t even enjoy now. Is such a sad waste of money. They couldn’t take the time to finish my order? I get it your working but you just took three hours of my work and wasted it. I already had my food in my hands before they told me they wouldn’t make my Aju because they wanted to go home. I came before you closed. My fiancé is eating his food, mine is sadly going to waste. It’s horrible to take advantage of understanding customers, I should have stuck up for myself in the moment… I’m so upset.

Exactly what I ordered and it was hot. I asked for salt, so when I was asked to pull ahead and wait, I figured the salt was not coming with the food. Wrong! All the food, the right food, and glory be! Salt!

I had one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had at this Arby’s around 11:03am. The speaker outside was so damaged that I literally had to lean out of my car and raise my voice just to try to place an order. Even then, I kept getting cut off with attitude and told to “speak louder,” despite already shouting to be heard. When I did speak louder, I was yelled at again.
The person taking orders clearly had an attitude from the start, and the interaction only got worse from there. It honestly felt like a “Dude, where’s my car?” moment—confusing, chaotic, and completely unnecessary.
I ended up driving away without ordering because of how poorly I was treated. I used to love stopping here on my lunch break, but after this encounter, I won’t be returning. A little customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing today.

The fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday and warmed back up. Something wasn’t quite right about the beef and cheddar. Almost like the meat was starting to go bad. I won’t be craving Arby’s anytime soon that’s for sure.

Horrible. I just got home. I ordered a classic a with cheese. I asked to not have an onion bun. They sent the meat in a cardboard box. Not even wrapped. I just wanted a different kind of bun without onions. I’m so pissed.

This was one of the better fast food places with super nice people and all the sudden they became insanely disrespectful. They messed up our order multiple times and acted like we were dumb and we could hear them in the back acting like they didn’t mess up anything. We wait for over 20 to 30 minutes for ONE burger after we told them about 8 times what was spose to be on the burger (it was a number 6 with no vegetables) and they gave us the number 5.
