We ordered our meals and had to get a manager to change the price as it was not posted at the same price that it rang up as. After our meal we ordered two turnovers. The family went to the car as I waited and watched the KDS screen go to red and 10 minutes. The turnovers were sitting in the display case. The counter staff person was kind, friendly, and prompt to help. He also seemed new to the position. Three young staff persons did not help him and ignored the counter. They watched him struggle to know how to drop fries for a guest who came back with cold fries. The young male manager made revolving trips without taking any helpful actions. He even looked at the three drive through KDS (also red) and our to-go KDS (with turnovers sitting directly under the KDS. When he DID make it back to notice I’d been there 10 mins he asked what he could get ordered. I told him I just needed those turnovers. He started giving me excuses instead of just apologizing and getting them. He still didn’t get them. The young counter staff member turned to get them and apologized. There are some great training points in this review and I hope not only the GM but corporate notices because this is a brand new store with some service needs.

The other night I went to Arby’s and it was the first time I ever had amazing customer service. Every other time was mediocre. Let me just tell you, Skyler is absolutely amazing, the energy he brought was on point. He was beyond kind, helpful and made sure our order was correct. He is my new favorite person and I will be going back just to see him. He’s your best employee and needs a raise for the service he gave. Period!!

But this place deserves it!
I’ve been going here since it opened and I’ve never seen a friendlier staff, better quality food, and just genuine hospitable atmosphere.
Sometimes you have to wait but honestly for this service I’d camp out over night if I had to ^_^
God bless management for training their staff to give the best customer service I’ve ever seen 🙂
This is the only food place I know that serves EVERYTHING on the menu all the way until close. And I’ve never come across a team member on closing shift that acted like they really didn’t wanna be there. The team members all seem to have a great time no matter what.
This place has made my day in some of the toughest times I’ve ever gone through and I’m grateful for everyone there 🙂

If you want good food and great service every time then come on down to Tecumseh Arby’s. You won’t regret it 😉

This place was 5 star when it opened, but has really gone downhill. Out of Fish right after Easter. Onion buns were stale. Beef doesn’t taste fresh sliced. Portions of meat were different on two identical sandwiches. Staff was not friendly. What a shame!

I made an order online the app and went inside to pick it up. Everyone was so frantic and running around like chickens with their heads chopped off, no one was calm and honestly TO MY EYES they did not seem busy at all other than drive thru. I’m assuming the manager, a middle aged man, bald, served me my food and was slightly rude and in a rush to get me out the door. I had to look through my order and get it fixed 3 times before leaving. And when I got home my child’s burger was still very pink on the inside. We usually love Arby’s and in the past Tecumseh has been awesome but not tonight. Blame it on the full moon? Idk but very disappointed.

This is a new location and they are nicely decorated and well staff.
We were redid when we came in, they allowed us to take our time to order, and our food came out in no time flat.
Toyota four for $10 corned beef classic on the kiosk which we tried. Bonus is that we were there during their happy hour, 2:00 to 5:00, we’re drinks and fries were only a dollar.
We will definitely be back and better than when we remember.

Placed an order through the mobile app for some free food. When we got there to pick the order up they asked us to pay for the FREE FOOD at the window. I still have the order on the app that shows it was free and they wanted to charge money. Do not recommend, horrible employees.

I will never eat here again! The staff was too busy playing on their phones and giggling at each other to pay attention to what was going on. I asked for ranch twice and never received it and they did not put sauce on my gyro. Also, no napkins or receipt. Do yourself a favor and pick a different place to eat.

Stopped in on my back to Ohio and let me tell you I wish the location in toledo in alexis was modeled after this one!
They were busy as expected as it was lunch rush so I expected a reasonable wait. To my surprise it was pretty short.
I was greeted by a friendly team member. The staff seemed to work well together. the manager was actually pitching in not just barking orders. The food was fresh and to order!
I rate them with 3 F’s, fast, friendly, and fresh!!
