I’ve since returned and they are happy to make my food fresh!
Curly fries were old. Peach cobbler roll was so old there was nothing in it. Mozzarella stick was broken and served. Roast beef was dry and some was darker colored it was so dry! My next visit i asked for everything fresh and the man over the speaker was complaining loudly over the speaker as I pulled up to pay.
I like Arby’s a lot. I was in Marion, Indiana. They asked me to wait, but everything was fresh JUICY and delicious! The store in Sturgis, MI literally complained loudly on the speaker when I asked for everything fresh since my visit with them previously was very very very unpleasant.

Don’t order online. I did, got confirmation it was ready for pick-up. I get to the location and it is closed. Drive-thru no answer, no one there. Had to call customer service to try and get a refund for the food I did not get. This location has nothing but issues. Cold food and bad service. Highly recommend staying far away and going somewhere better.

I’m a big fan of Arby’s and was excited to share their steak nuggets with my coworkers since I bragged about them all day. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 5:50 p.m., the doors were locked. Without seating, we had to switch to Buffalo Wild Wings for a group sit-down, which was disappointing.

Terrible Company – Avoid at All Costs
This company is poorly managed and doesn’t care about its customers or employees. Whether it’s a Burger King or now rebranded as Arby’s, it’s the same ownership just hiding behind a new name. The quality and service haven’t improved – if anything, they’ve gotten worse. Save your time and money and support businesses that actually value their community. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Even worse under the “new” management. Will not be back. Takes 15 minutes easily to pick up an online order, half is missing and what is there is cold.

My wife and I stopped after church to get a “quick” bite before heading home. I could have went to Culver’s, ordered, ate my food, and started on my way home before I even got my food. My order was not big at all, 1 combo meal and a single roast beef sandwich, nothing specially hard to make. My wifes roast beef was cold, the fries were only warm and very tough and my chicken was only warm also. We have been there a total of five times, four have ended in disappointment.

Placed online order in app I show up at 7:07 pm and the store is closed. It is completely blacked out. I attempt to call store. No answer. My card was charged for the order!

I really enjoyed the Classic Roast Beef sandwich with Arby’s Sauce and the Horsey Sauce on it. The sandwich was fresh and warm, the bun was soft but not soggy, and the meat was not dried out.
My only downside was how long it took to get my order. I have been to this location several times now, and it always seems slower than others. Perhaps quality takes a bit longer.
Also wish they still had the two classic Roast Beef for $6 deal.
