They have seating for large parties. Gathered together at this site for location convenience for everyone who attended. Food quality was amazing. The staff was able to handle our large party.

Service from the drive through was terrible. i was asked to pull up. there was already a car pulled up in front of me so there wasn’t much space for me to go. So I proceeded to go as close to the vehicle in front of me as I could as my car has an alarm that starts beeping if you get too close. some of my food wasn’t done hence why they asked me to pull forward. other fast food places have designated parking slots that are marked that you can pull into and they did not. The lady came out with a bag and came up to the car in front of me and asked if it was his and he said no, so she turned around and started walking back inside, and I had rolled down my window and waved at her and said that it might have been mine. she took her time walking around the building and asked me to pull closer to the other vehicle and I proceeded to explain that I couldn’t because I didn’t want hit the vehicle in front of me. As they didn’t pull very far ahead or into a parking spot. she then proceeds to tell me to pull up and around the other side of the vehicle to the right with an attitude. I said ma’am, I’m already too close to him. He needs to pull farther ahead. She basically threw the bag at me and said oh now she’s got an attitude. so I proceeded to slowly back up the car after I had grabbed the bag from the lady and pulled away. my window was still down as she was yelling in the parking lot and talking to another patron about this situation, which I think is completely unprofessional when I was not the one being rude she was.. needless to say, I will not be going back to that location. They might need a class on professionalism.

It’s really difficult for me to write a negative review for this establishment, as I visit every time I’m in Marshall and have always had good experiences. Unfortunately, yesterday was different.
When I arrived at the drive-through, I turned my truck off as I always do out of courtesy so my order can be heard clearly. The interaction felt rushed and short from the start. When I pulled up to the window, the employee was on their phone and continued to rush the transaction, which resulted in half of my order being missed.
I understand everyone has off days, but this experience was disappointing. It only takes one negative interaction like this to make a loyal customer hesitate about coming back.

Their customer service is horrible. Not greeting customers, not saying thank you and not giving receipts, also slamming drive thru windows and barely opening them when its cold. Yet they expect me to keep my window open and then get irritated cause they had to wait for me to open my window. She then smiled at me as a goodbye. Why are you in customer service when you can’t even do the minimum.? Can’t even properly complain as I have no receipt. I was there today around 2:25-2:30 and she was blonde with a hoodie on at that. She never told me the amount of my order and also never provided a receipt. Oh and I am editing this post to say, they even failed to provide me a straw for my soda
Also Arby’s management will do nothing to fix the problem as if you read other reviews it seems they know there is a problem but refuses to fix it with there employees.
I also discovered i don’t even know what i paid for this order. I have to sign into my banking app to find out. That is so wrong on every level. Also stop participating with FETCH if you refuse to give receipts as this is how Fetch works. The receipt is required to be uploaded to get points.

Nastiest roast beef I’ve ever seen or had. Took one bite of the first sandwich and spit it out. Due to poor lighting, the picture doesn’t do justice. This is burnt to a crisp.

Always a great sandwich. The GM does a great job leading by example. The staff is friendly and the food is consistently hot and good. Tried the new Hush Puppy Battered Fish Sticks today. They were on point!

November 5th. 530. Came through the drive thru. No one in the parking lot or drive thru. I order ONE meal and I’m told to pull up. Waited about 8 mins.

I’ve given this Arby’s multiple chances, but every time I eat here, I end up feeling sick. The food quality seems off, and it’s just not worth the risk. On top of that, the employees are unprofessional and more focused on joking around than getting orders right. Definitely not the experience you’d hope for. I wouldn’t even feed this Arby’s to my dog. Avoid if you value your stomach!

Terrible experience. The order machines were down, and it apparently happens frequently. We were forced to wait 10 minutes while it rebooted. It was 7pm on friday april 5, 2025. The staff could have taken our orders and started cooking the food as we waited, but instead they stood around complaining and did nothing but make us feel as though we should just leave. The floors were so sticky that we almost walked out of our shoes. Most of the staff was actling as if they wanted to close up and leave for the night at 7pm on a friday. Drive through customers were turned away. The one girl that was at least doing something, was washing the tables with a squeegy, and letting it all run down the table edges and chairs. It may have even been the same water bucket that was being used for mopping the sticky floor. 1/2 of the soda drinks were out of order. It was actually a newer looking restaurant, but the owners obviously do not care about the service they give, or the type of staff that they hire. Things have not been very good at fast food restaurants since the beginning of covid, but this place should be sold or handed over to someone that will make an effort. Very disappointing.

Total disgrace.

Asked for mix curly and they gave me curly fries and seemed like they were out for a while and I got the small ends with a few big ones.

Asked for a #1 double.

The sandwich in the wrapper when I opened it looked like they dipped the whole sandwich in cheese and arbies sauce.

Asked for a remake and same problem

Obviously they don’t train there people right

So won’t be back here ever again. I’ll find maybe another arbies. Travelers beware. It’s not travel savy
